The former Hosen-ji Temple in Tenkei Park was founded by Shonin Shokei, who established a small hermitage here for the first time in 1659, and later by Osho Umemine in 1715. Since then, it has been known as a famous temple of the Southern Obaku sect for 300 years, and many literary figures have visited here. It is now managed by the town as Tenkei Park. There is a Hansui Pond where you can enjoy maple trees.

There is Tenkei Park (Nobinobi Park Tenkei) in the southwest of oka. A long time ago, there used to be Amaterasan Hosen-ji, a famous temple of the Yellow Sect, but unfortunately the temple was abandoned and the town now manages it.
