This is a hands-on course on Banko-Yaki Banko-Yaki expert instructors.Local seasonal ingredients are cooked using Banko-Yaki that is available at the time.
Every month, we hold fun classes using various Banko kabusetea Banko-Yaki products, such as classes using Yokkaichi Kabusecha and new rice, as well as classes on medicinal dishes and bread.
