[September 17th] Sake "Shinto no Prayer" Nukiho Festival - Rice harvesting experience - Online reservations accepted
Participate in sake brewing! Experience Japanese culture through the experience of harvesting sake rice
The sake ``Shinto no Inori'' is produced in collaboration with students at Kogakukan University in IseCity, Mie Prefecture, and the agricultural production corporation Matsuyuki Nosan, using sake rice ``Kamiho'' grown in MeiwaTown Prefecture, the birthplace of Kakechikara. This is 100% local sake brewed by Asahi Sake Brewery in MeiwaTown and IseCity using underground water from the Kushida River and Isuzu River, which are abundant in the Ise Plain. It is a sake that gives thanks for the blessings of nature and offers prayers to God.This time's experience was to harvest the sake rice "Kamiho", which is the raw material for the prayers of the sacred city.
After observing the ``Nukiho Festival'' held by Kogakukan University students, we will actually go into the rice fields and harvest the rice.
After harvesting the rice, we all go out into the field and try some of the sake rice called ``Kamiho'', which is delicious even though it is used for drinking.
From making rice to making sake.
Experience the culture that the Japanese have cherished since ancient times.
