At Wavison's miso specialty store ``Kuranoya,'' we offer a ``miso preparation experience'' every day.
In the experience, you can make miso by mixing steamed soybeans, rice koji, salt, and miso seeds.
(1.4 kg of miso *90 cups of miso soup)
The miso that you have prepared will be ready if you let it age for 4 to 6 months at home (1 month or more in the summer).
Enjoy the taste of handmade traditional Japanese seasonings.
