Aquaignis FARM, a strawberry farm run by pastry chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, is located within Aquaignis, a hot spring resort complex that combines healing and food. You can enjoy sweet and delicious strawberries grown using our special cultivation methods in an ``40-minute all-you-can-eat'' service.This year, in addition to the standard Akihime and Benihoppe, three new varieties have been added: Koi Minori, Kannahime, and Amaekubo, making a total of 19 varieties of strawberries.
Enjoy comparing the tastes of strawberries with different characteristics♪
*The number of reservations per day will vary depending on the strawberry growing situation.
We recommend making reservations one week in advance.
