The Kameyama Market is said to have started as a thank-you sale of Lunar New Year items, and is a famous winter event in KameyamaCity with a history of over 100 years.
On the day, the Higashimachi and Honmachi shopping districts (approximately 1 km long) will be turned into a pedestrian precinct, with stalls lining both sides of the road, various shops setting out sales, and a variety of other events taking place.
You can also enjoy local delicacies such as KameyamaMisoYakiUdon, so please come with your family!
