"Omizutori" on the First Dragon Day of Mishoku Shrine
Date: Hatsu-tatsu Day every January (January 11th (Saturday) in 2025)
At IseJingu, which is a subsidiary shrine of Ise Grand Shrine, water is drawn from the Dragon Well on the first Dragon Day of the new year and distributed to visitors. It is said that if you purify yourself with this water, you will be protected from fire and water disasters for a year, so there is a custom in each family to sprinkle water on them.

We will be distributing fire and water protection tags.
From the JR/Kintetsu IseCity Station JR ticket gate, take the bus bound for "Isshikicho" for about 10 minutes. Get off at "Jinjaminato" and walk for about 5 minutes.
