Spring Kagura Festival [IseJingu Naiku] Harunokagurashi
Date: April 27th (Sun) - May 1st (Thu)
This event is held to give thanks to the gods and pray for peace for the people, and features dedications by famous schools and masters of dance and music, Noh theater, and other arts from all over the country.
On the first day, Kagura will be performed at the Kagura halls of the Geku at 8:30 a.m. and Naiku 's Kagura Hall from 10 a.m., and at 11 a.m., bugaku will be performed on a special stage in Naiku Shinen Garden.
However, in case of rain, bugaku performances will be held on the Sanshuden stage.
