For two days from May 18th (Sat) to 19th (Sun),
The event ``Happy Rose Festa'' will be held at Akatsuka Botanical Garden's satoyama garden ``Red Hill Heather Forest'' and the adjacent farmers' market `` Asatsumi'.

◆Events held at Red Hill
*For events held within Red Hill Park, admission to Red Hill is required.
*With the lottery ticket (which also serves as a 400 yen discount ticket for Red Hill admission), you can enter the park for 800 yen (normally 1,200 yen) during the period only.
⇒ Raffle tickets will be distributed to customers who spend 2,000 yen or more at Asatsumi or the gardening specialty store AkatsukaFFCpavilion.
・Indoor green interior plantings
- Bringing moisture to your life in rooms where there is little natural ventilation -
Create a flower arrangement using ornamental plants such as crotons, tradescantia, and asparagus.

We will guide you through the rose garden, which is in full bloom.

・ Forest Concert
A soothing concert with gentle music resonating through the forest and the chirping of birds.
Date and time: 5/19 (Sun) ①11:00 ②14:00 (each session approx. 30 minutes)
Location: Redwood Forest *In case of rain: In front of the piano in Asatsumi Forest

Guided & Therapeutic Walks
A relaxing moment enjoying the scent of blooming roses and the fresh forest air.
Date and time: 10:00 on Sunday, May 19th (approx. 45 minutes)
Location: Meet at the Rose Garden
Guide: Yoyogi, a staff member of the park (forest therapist)
・Dry rose making
Fresh roses are placed in a jar with desiccants to make dried roses.
Date and time: May 18th (Sat) and 19th (Sun) 9:30-12:00, 13:30-15:00 (held as needed)
Location: Near the Welcome Garden
Participation Fee: 700 yen

A raffle will be held at the Asatsumi Event Square, where you can win potted flowers and seasonal vegetables. Raffle tickets will be distributed to customers who spend 2,000 yen or more at Asatsumi or the gardening specialty store AkatsukaFFCpavilion!
