The December monthly festival, along with the October Kannamesai and June monthly festivals, are collectively known as the "Three Festivals" and are the most historical festivals of the shrine.
In pure darkness, the Yuki Daigoen Ceremony was held twice at 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., and the Hohei Ceremony was held at noon the next morning, celebrating the prosperity of the imperial family, the richness of the grains, the prosperity of the nation, and the people. I pray for peace.
Following the two main shrines, the festival will be held at all other shrines, including auxiliary Betsugu, auxiliary shrines, subordinate shrines, and affiliated shrines, until December 25th.
Please note that worship services at night are not allowed.
