This time, the Ringo family stayed at a campsite with a dog run (there is also an auto campsite). The appeal is that your dog can spend time freely without a leash.
You don't have to worry about taking your dog camping but feeling sorry for him because he's on a leash, because it comes with a dog run!
The area is surrounded by a fence, so both people and dogs can freely spend time within the space.
Thanks to this, Ringoro was able to spend his time freely and freely. (Although I slept most of the time lol)

When it comes to camping, you might imagine that there are a lot of things you need to prepare, but you can also rent what you need.
My family rented a mattress and a pot to put under our sleeping bag.
In addition, next to the reception area near the entrance of the facility, we sell dog clothes, camping supplies, local gourmet food and souvenirs that you can enjoy while camping.

When I went again, I was surprised that the toilets and showers were so clean!
Although it is a shared space, everyone can use it with peace of mind.

This location allows you to camp or rent a trailer for a rich day BBQ experience. (Dogs in trailers are not allowed)

When camping, many people sleep in tents, but at Yamaterasu you can also rent a KOYA (building). (KOYA is available only every Saturday and long holidays)
KOYA is equipped with the minimum facilities necessary for accommodation such as air conditioning, toilet, and bath, so if you are not comfortable with tents, renting KOYA may be an option.
Our family also set up a tarp inside the site, but we slept inside the KOYA.
As you can see, the children who ran and played a lot went into sleep mode.
It was so heartwarming to see Ringo and his daughter happily occupying the sleeping bag. (Later, I realized that my father didn't have a bed...)

A few minutes walk from Yamaterasu (or rather, almost next door) is the plum grove of InabeCity Agricultural Park, which was featured in the scenic view producer Shipo's ``I want to see the world's spectacular views before I die - New Japan Edition''. You can see it.

Looking back on camping with Ringo
Anyway, this was my first time camping with Ringo, and we had more fun than I expected.
Up until now, I had thought that I wouldn't be able to let Ringo run freely when I went camping, but perhaps the best part about this site was that it had a dog run, so he didn't have to be on a leash.

This was our first camping experience with Ringo, and everyone had a fun and free time.

A: Yes, it is possible. However, as the site is covered with natural grass, open fires are prohibited. Please also refrain from using low fire pits. To protect the grass, we would appreciate it if you could take measures to prevent heat from transmitting to the ground, such as using bonfire sheets.
Q: How much is the parking fee for the second and subsequent cars?
A: The second and subsequent vehicles will be directed to an off-site parking lot. There is no additional parking fee. Additionally, you can park your second or subsequent motorcycle on the premises for 550 yen. Q: Is it possible to stay and park in a camper?
A: Yes, it is possible. Even at the 110m2 dock run site, there is a parking space of 5m in total length. The total length of the powered site is 8m, so we recommend a powered site for campers.
Q: Can a car enter the dog run site?
A: Vehicles are not allowed on the site. Please park your car in the parking space next to the site.
Q: Can I have a barbecue inside the dog run site?
A: Yes, it is possible.
Q: I will be using the campsite, but only one friend will be leaving without staying overnight. Is it possible?
