I went to Misugi-cho, TsuCity City, the filming location of the movie "WOOD JOB! - Kamusari Naanaa Nichijou" which will be released in May 2014!

First, I went to the Misugi Muranowa Market, which is held on the second Sunday of every month at the plaza in front of the MisugiResort Hinotani Beer Factory in TsuCity.

Local volunteers gather in Misugi Town and hold special events. The concept is ``I want to connect people,'' ``I want to convey the crafts of Misugi,'' and ``I want to propose food that makes the body happy.''It's a fun event that includes product sales, food and drinks, workshops, music, cooking classes, and Nordic walking. It's a packed event. The content changes every month, so visitors can enjoy it without getting bored. Please check the contents here.

At the stone oven bread factory, you can enjoy the aroma of wood baked in a stone oven using ingredients from Mie Prefecture. When I got home, I ate it with olive oil and it had a very nice aroma and taste (^^)/

At Musee Bon Vivant, we had the ``Muranowa Sand'', a sandwich made with wild game meat, and the ``Bisque-style soup made with soup stock made from Utase shrimp and blue crab from the Tsu Sea.'' The Muranowa sandwich used deer meat, and it was easy to eat without any flavor. The bisque is exquisite! I thought about getting a second helping (*^-^*)

At the entrance of Hinotani MisugiResort Hotel Annex is the Nakamura Forestry light truck used in the movie! It's dirty (?) in a nice way. There is also a large movie theater in front of the hotel lobby, so be sure to check it out. Click here for the hotel homepage

This is the Ise Okutsu Station Tourist Information Center. This facility is located at Ise Okutsu, the last station on the Meimatsu Line, and you can get a lot of information when you stop by to see the Ise Honkaido Road or Misugi.

When I visited, they were exhibiting movie panels! It seems that they also carry Misujin goods, and the Misujin tote bag was cute.

This is Michi-no-eki "Misugi". The ``WOOD JOB! Kamigari Naana Everyday Memorial Hall'' is open every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday until August 31, 2014. The hours will be from 10:00 to 16:00.

Inside is a huge sacred kounogi that was used in the movie (゚Д゚)! There's also a panel that shows your face, so it's perfect for taking commemorative photos. There are panels showing the scenes during the filming of the movie, as well as various exhibits about Misugi's forestry industry.

This car is also used in the movie. And it seems that the person holding the Udjob panel will appear as an extra in a loincloth!

Everyone, please watch the movie, see the beautiful scenery of Misugi, and come visit Misugi!
