I went to Rokkaen in KuwanaCity!
掲載日:2014.09.14
I went to Rokkaen where the Western-style building had been repaired at the end of August 2014! It has been restored to its original appearance when it first opened, and is beautiful.
It is attracting attention as it is used as a filming location for movies and television.
We were repairing some of the exterior walls and interior of the Western-style building, but the work was completed successfully. The first thing you see when you enter is the beautiful Western-style building.
There are other delicious shops and shops where you can buy souvenirs in KuwanaCity, so please take your time and browse around. Kuwanameshi is also recommended.

The large torii gate that stands here is called ``the best torii gate in Ise country'' because you enter Iseji Route from here.

KuwanaCityRokkaen, completed in 1912, includes a Western-style building with a four-story tower built by Josiah Conder, the British architect who designed Rokumeikan, as well as Japanese-style architecture and a strolling garden with a pond in the front garden. It has been designated as a national important cultural property as a valuable building representative of the Meiji and Taisho periods. In addition, the gardens, with some exceptions, have been designated as national scenic spots. There is a restaurant where you can eat while looking at the Western-style building. *Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by an attendant.
