Is it true that ShimaSpainVillage, which has suddenly become a trend, has "no queues!"? ? I actually went and checked it out!

After actually going out with my family, I'm sharing the charms of Mie that I highly recommend.

Have you ever entered a theme park, only to find yourself overwhelmed by long lines and crowds everywhere you go?

"ShimaSpainVillage" is a theme park located in Shima City, ShimaCity where you can experience the country of passion, Spain.
In May 2022, it suddenly became a trend after a popular VTuber introduced a video with venomous words such as ``There's not a single person in the world.''

ShimaSpainVillage was once so popular that it became difficult to access the official website, so my family and I went there to see if it was really possible to enjoy it without lining up!

I went to interview on a weekday in July 2022.

"Avenida España" right next to the entrance gate!

This street is lined with shops that sell churros, which are popular on YouTube, and shops with cute accessories, but you can shop as much as you want without getting too crowded.

In the middle of the street, ShimaSpainVillage 's characters "Don Quixote" and "Dulcinea" will welcome you!

At famous theme parks in urban areas, you would have to wait in long lines or crowds of people to take photos with characters, but at ShimaSpainVillage, Don Quixote will beckon you to take you in!

I haven't been to the park for a while, but I was drawn in by the sweet smell and decided to buy the much-talked-about churros that were advertised on YouTube as "the best in the world!"

I thought it was an exaggeration to say it was the best in the world, but the taste of freshly made piping hot churros is really delicious!
The children ate the churros so vigorously that they finished them in no time before I could take a photo (bitter smile).

ShimaSpainVillage has a charm that you can enjoy precisely because it is not crowded!

There are photogenic spots all over the park!
There are also photos like this on the wall art on Carmen Street!

Normally, even if you want to take photogenic photos at a theme park, you won't be able to take the photo the way you want because there will be too many people in the photo or you'll have to wait your turn in a long line.

However, at ShimaSpainVillage, you can enjoy photography to your heart's content.

Santa Cruz Street, with its impressive white walls and flowerbeds, is all to yourself!

You can rent flamenco costumes at ShimaSpainVillage.

Walking around the stylish streets in a dress will make you feel like you're in Spain!

Now, let's move on to the attraction that the children have been waiting for!

The first thing we rode was the Fiesta Train, which goes around Fiesta Plaza, where many attractions are concentrated.
My son was very interested in this attraction where a cute train runs through the plaza!

The waiting time at theme parks is a concern, but it's actually 0 minutes!

The train departed after confirming that my family was on board ♪ (lol)

In this attraction, you can ride peacefully right next to ShimaSpainVillage 's signature hanging roller coaster, ``Pyrenees'', and ``Splash Monserra'', which slides down rapids.

The family was able to enjoy the 6-minute train journey while deciding on the next attraction to ride.

Next up is "Splash Montserrat," which descends rapidly with intense water spray.

This attraction has a height restriction of 90cm or more and allows children as young as 3 years old to go on the ride while feeling the spray of water, so my wife and I had a blast!

The waiting time is also "almost 0 minutes!"

When we entered the attraction, the staff welcomed us with smiles!

The children were hooked on the thrill of the steep descent and rode the ride over and over again.

At famous theme parks in big cities, you can't easily experience the attractions over and over again because of waiting times.
However, at ShimaSpainVillage there are no lines, so you can ride as many times as you like!

The last attraction we will introduce is the limited-time attraction “Jab-Jab Lagoon.”

``Chapcha Pragoon'', where you can enjoy playing in the water, has been powered up with soaking wet items.

The waterside is full of tricks, such as a fountain that shoots up to 3 meters, and a barrel that squirts water when you put your hand on the hole!

Among them, the most impactful thing is the water cannon fired from the galleon ship right next to the Jubu-Jabu Lagoon!

The children were so excited when they were hit by the powerful water spray!

Even if your clothes get wet, there is a changing area nearby, so if you have a change of clothes, you can play in the water to your heart's content!

The restaurant we chose is "Alhambra", which boasts authentic Spanish cuisine.

Ise lobster paella is a luxurious and exquisite paella with a whole large lobster in it, although quantities are limited!

A complete course where appetizers and soup are served before the main dish of Ise lobster paella comes out.

The food served on beautiful glass plates is as beautiful as art in itself.

For dessert, I also had a Spanish-style creme brûlée called ``Crema Catalana''.

It was a very satisfying lunch that exceeded my expectations in a good way with the exquisite paella and dessert with a rich sweetness that spread in my mouth.

Have you ever had to wait for a long time or find a spot in the scorching sun to see a show at a famous theme park in the city?

At ShimaSpainVillage, shows and parades featuring cute characters are held, and you can enjoy them up close as well!

This show is a musical called ``Patio del Canto'' that introduces the characters' birth flowers and flower language along with song and dance.

We were having lunch, so we went in the middle of the show.
Nevertheless, since you can see the stage from this close, you can enjoy the dancers' facial expressions and even the detailed choreography.

Of course, the quality of the musical was high, and the whole family had a blast clapping their hands to the authentic dance and addictive music!

Personally, this show and parade had a big impact on me, and before I knew it, I was singing it with my kids in the car on the way home (lol).

ShimaSpainVillage became a trend after a popular VTuber's toxic review video.
This time, I went to ShimaSpainVillage to find out whether it's a good theme park but there aren't many people there or if it's a disappointing spot.

My family and I went to ShimaSpainVillage when the park opened without deciding how long we would stay, but we were enjoying ShimaSpainVillage Village so much that before we knew it, the time had flown by until the closing time (lol) )

I didn't feel the slightest bit of stress, which is common at famous theme parks, such as having to wait in long lines to get my child in a bad mood, trying to find a place to eat lunch, or scrambling to get a spot for a show. The day of this interview was on a weekday in July, but it seems that there are many visitors on days when the park is open for night games during long holidays and summer vacation.

ShimaSpainVillage is a theme park that we can confidently recommend, with plenty of attractions, gourmet food, and shows that both adults and children can thoroughly enjoy!

My family and I appeared on the information program "Chant!," which is broadcast on CBC TV on weekday evenings, in a segment called "Yoshi Onii-san's 'Mie' Oshi!" that introduces the charms of Mie!
