I went to TheAkame48Falls and Yumoto Akame Onsen Hidden Inn Taisenkaku. Although it was before the autumn leaves, the place was crowded with many people.

I had a kaiseki meal, but when you think of the Iga region, it's Iga beef! It has a melt-in-the-mouth taste. But it's not too boring (*^^*) And the rice used was Iga rice.

I also took a bath in the hot springs, and I was very satisfied as the hot springs are popular for their skin-beautifying properties. From the open-air bath, you can take a relaxing soak while looking at the surrounding mountains.

A short walk from Taisenkaku san, we arrived at the entrance to TheAkame48Falls. The parking lot was also very busy with customers, filling it up quite a bit.
This is the Mie Travel Information Center, so get your Mie Travel Passport.

The Japan Salamander Center, located at the entrance to TheAkame48Falls, is home to many salamanders that you don't usually see. The photo is of the giant salamander Sanshomaru. He was estimated to be over 50 years old...he was much older than me.

TheAkame48Falls takes about 90 minutes one way to walk to the final rock-cut waterfall. Please be careful on rainy days as it can be slippery.
Depending on the time of year, there are illuminations at the waterfall and candle nights, so be sure to check out the event information on Kanko Mie.

I saw quite a few foreign tourists, but I wonder if they also go to NinjanoMori.

There is ``Janja Water'' where water comes out of the salamander's mouth. I couldn't help but pat my head.

And I will definitely buy it when I leave TheAkame48Falls! This is "HekokiManju". HekokiManju is sold at product fairs across the country, and has recently become so famous that it is even sold at product fairs in Taiwan.

Sweets made with sweet potato dough are simple but sweet and delicious! The taste of potatoes and the scent of cinnamon spread in your mouth. Some flavors have bean paste or cheese inside. Please try various things.

Akame TheAkame48Falls will become even more beautiful as the leaves turn autumn. I thought it would be nice to stay overnight at Taisenkaku and take a walk around the waterfall in the morning. Please come and visit TheAkame48Falls.
