IseJingu IseCity, the base of Ise Grand Shrine, is one of the most competitive areas in Mie, with many unique bakeries.

Therefore, this time, I have chosen 5 "popular bakeries" that I particularly recommend among the bakeries operating in IseCity!

There is a wide variety of bakeries, from shops that are particular about the quality of their ingredients to popular shops that require reservations!

COQUELICOT ROUGE

The first place we'd like to introduce to you is Coquelico Rouge, a famous shop that every bread lover should visit at least once.

This is a shop that takes pride in its uncompromising bread-making process, starting with the selection of the ingredients for the bread, and choosing the aging of the dough and the degree of baking from numerous prototypes.

Access by car is excellent as it is close to National Route 23 and has a large parking lot.
The store's business hours are from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (until sold out), and since it's open seven days a week, it's easy to stop by.

We are particular about the butter that is essential for bread making, and the butter that is kneaded into the dough is Yotsuba Butter, which is made from 100% high-quality raw milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido.
