Aquaignis FARM, a strawberry farm run by pastry chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, located in Aquaignis, a hot spring resort complex that combines healing and food, uses hot spring heat to warm the soil for seedlings. You can enjoy sweet and delicious strawberries grown using a unique cultivation method in a 40-minute all-you-can-eat option.
From 2023 to 2024, we will be growing a total of 19 varieties of strawberries, including the standard Akihime and Benihoppe, as well as Tochiotome and Oi C Berry, which you can enjoy depending on the season.
