I went to "Hahatoko Shokudo" which is opening in Matsubishi, Tsu. This is a store that will make you want to eat every day with the side dishes and bento boxes packed inside.

The restaurant was named ``Hahatoko Shokudo'' (Mother and Child) with the idea that it would be a meal for three generations of parents and children: grandmothers, mothers, and children.
The store is packed with side dishes! At any given time, there are 30 to 50 types of side dishes available, using vegetables purchased from contracted farmers. The seasoning is so healthy that you'll want to eat it every day.
It is made with a lot of time and effort, and no chemical seasonings are used. Although there is a meat-based menu, the main dishes are mostly vegetable side dishes with a home-style taste.
You can take the products home or eat in at the store. There are 6 seats at the counter, so you can enjoy your meal slowly.
There are about 10 types of bento boxes, and the prices range from about 500 yen to 850 yen, making them affordable.
And the Tsumatsubishi store has an original product "Ton Ton Yaki" that is only available here! A Thai grilled food with a cute pig face. I received it, and the dough was chewy and very delicious.
