Knowing this will make you want to go out!
We have started the guidebook “Soto Asobino Susume” for those who have no experience in winter outdoor activities ☆彡

Difference between glamping and camping

When camping, you basically prepare everything by yourself, from setting up the tent to eating, so you have the freedom to do everything as you like! Glamping requires almost no preparation and is easy and luxurious! You can enjoy it.
In this article, we will introduce the charms of each team, divided into glamping team and camping team.

glamping

Click here to introduce the charm of glamping!

(Left) Chukyo TV announcer Abe, (middle) Sara, an impersonator from Aichi Prefecture, (right) Yasuyoshi Asuwa, a master of easy and delicious outdoor cooking.
We would like to introduce a slightly rich outdoor "glamping" that these three people can easily enjoy without bringing anything!

Charm of Glamping ``Glamping'' is an abbreviation for ``Glamorous Camping,'' which allows you to enjoy a more luxurious outdoor experience more easily than camping.
The appeal of glamping is that the facility will take care of setting up the tent and preparing meals for you, so you can do it empty-handed and have plenty of free time.
Recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time in nature, and for beginners who want to start camping but think it is too difficult ♪

Attraction ① Luxury dome-shaped tent

A dome-shaped tent with a very spacious and stylish interior.
It is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate up to 12 people.
There is not only a bed but also a sofa inside, so you can relax as you please in a private space surrounded by nature.

It's air-conditioned, so you can comfortably stay in your room after enjoying activities outside.
Even those who are new to outdoor activities can easily enjoy staying in nature.

Attraction ② Cooking

food inserts

Glamping provides luxurious ingredients, so you don't need to prepare anything!
At LUXUNA Ise Shima Premium Course, you can enjoy BBQ dishes such as Ise shrimp and domestic Japanese black beef sirloin.
The best part is that you can cook it the way you like it♪

camp

The appeal of camping Camping requires you to do all the steps yourself, from purchasing tools to building a fire, preparing meals, and setting up a tent.
The appeal of this is that you can create your own space to suit your tastes.
Recommended for those who are particular about it♪

Attraction ① Tent setup

Setting up a tent

The appeal of Gachi Camp is that you can set up the tent of your choice in the location of your choice.
Mr. Kahonan's tent is actually a handmade tent that he bought cloth and poles and sewed together!
As expected, I am an expert camper who is always trying to survive...!

Charm ② Making a fire

make a fire

Once the tent is set up, the next step is to collect firewood and start a fire!
It seems that each person has their own favorite way to start a fire.
On this day, there was a strong wind and it was difficult to get a fire going, making it difficult even for the two experienced campers, but this is a common occurrence in nature.
It seemed fun to think about how to overcome it♪

Attraction ③ Coffee and camping food

chill time

Once you've built a fire, it's time to chill out with some coffee!
Mr. Nishimura's routine is to grind the beans in a coffee grinder and make coffee.
It seems that he likes the time when he is absentmindedly grinding beans.

A photo of me grinding beans, etc.

The great thing about it is that you can enjoy your time at your own pace and as you like.

Close-up photos of Gapao bread etc.

Mr. Nishimura's standard camping meal is not just "gapao meal" but "gapao bread"!
Just skillfully fry the minced meat, add plenty of lettuce, and sandwich it between bread!
Add an accent to the flavor with cumin, a spice produced by Mr. Nishimura, and it's done!
Actually, Mr. Nishimura seems to be more of a rice person than a bread person, but he makes it because he's happy when he serves it at camp and people say it's delicious♪

activity

Laguna Ise Shima is also attractive because you can enjoy various activities on the premises!
I will introduce some here as well.

sea kayak

On this day, I was unable to try out the challenge due to strong winds and it was said to be dangerous, but normally you can enjoy sea kayaking in the waters of Goza Shirahama, which boasts outstanding transparency.

A clear kayak with skeleton specifications, when you look underneath you'll find yourself in a different world.
You can see all the way to the bottom of the sea!
The instructor will teach you everything about how to row, so don't worry!
At LUXUNA Ise Shima, you can enjoy many other activities such as SUP, fishing, and the thrilling towing tube!

sauna

A photo of two people in the sauna

After playing plenty of activities, there is also a sauna to warm up your cold body, which will make you very satisfied!
This is a new facility that was just opened in January 2023.
After the sauna, relax in a cold bath with a jacuzzi♪
Furthermore, there is also a private rock bath.
Exactly, to the fullest.

Large size

At the end, the glamping team and camping team met up at the fire pit where they could have a campfire!
Relax by the bonfire and have a relaxing chat time♪
Mr. Nishimura served yakisoba to everyone in what is commonly known as ``Baka Nabe'' (a large frying pan that can make yakisoba for 10 people!!).

You can spend a whole day playing just on the premises of Laguna Ise Shima, so please come and try it out♪
