Part 1: Purchase the event-specific ticket “B-1 Grand Prix Ticket”!
A ticket is required to purchase the local gourmet food provided. B-1 Grand Prix tickets can be purchased at the venue, but the ticket booth may be crowded on the day of the event, so we recommend purchasing them the day before before heading to the venue.
Part 2: Check out the organizations you're interested in!
When you purchase a ticket, you will receive a guidebook. The guidebook includes information on each exhibiting group's cuisine and exhibit locations. Check out the groups you're interested in and prepare in advance so you can move smoothly on the day.
Part 3: On the day of the event, vote for your favorite organization with disposable chopsticks!
Visitors will be asked to comprehensively evaluate not only the deliciousness of the food, but also the performance that promotes the region and the hospitality provided, and vote in a voting box with their chopsticks. The Gold Grand Prix, Silver Grand Prix, and Bronze Grand Prix winners will be determined based on the total weight of disposable chopsticks collected over the two days.
