We sell three types of dango: ``Mitarashi Dango,'' which is made from domestically produced Joshin flour dough with a pestle, ``Yajiro,'' which is a mixture of glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice, and ``Mochimugi Yajiro,'' which has the unique chewy texture of glutinous barley. It's baked after receiving your order, so it's piping hot. It is topped with a thick sauce made from Yoshino kudzu.

``Mitarashi Zenzai'' is piping hot zenzai made with red bean paste and eaten with freshly baked mitarashi dango. You can change the dango to yajiro, or have two types: mitarashi and yajiro (separate fee required).

A dango shop located inside the Super Sanshi kawage store. ``Tagane Mochi'' is a handmade rice cake made using local non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice that is painstakingly made by rice farmers.It is a rice cake unique to this region and is characterized by its chewy rice texture.

We also make mitarashi dango, and in addition to the standard sweet and spicy mitarashi, we also have kinako, black sesame, miso, and the rare spicy Korean version. All of our dangos are baked one by one after receiving your order.

The dango, which is made using traditional methods using domestically produced pesticide-free brown rice, is reputed for its chewy texture, full flavor of rice, and high nutritional value. It is grilled over charcoal until aromatic and is topped with a special sweet and spicy sauce.

Zenzai, which is available only in winter, comes with two types of mochi: brown rice and germ rice. Both sticky rice and red beans are grown domestically and without pesticides. For the sweetness, we use Wasanbon sugar to create a mildly sweet zenzai.

Dango is manufactured using a unique blend of domestically produced Joshin flour, Shiratama flour, and Ukiko flour. You can enjoy three types: ``Mitarashi,'' which is sweet and spicy, ``Isobe,'' which is made with fragrant soy sauce and sprinkled with shredded seaweed, and ``Yomogi,'' which is mugwort mochi topped with red bean paste. Pestle-pounded dango are sold only at the main store.

Dango made with brown sugar syrup has been popular in the Ise region for a long time. It uses Wasanbon molasses, a by-product of Wasanbon sugar, and is characterized by a unique sour taste behind the sweetness. It is a flat dango made with a mixture of three types of joshinko flour and topped with plenty of molasses.

"Tamagusuku Monaka" is the store's signature product. Monaka is a slightly thicker, crispy skin with three types of red bean paste: white bean paste, azuki bean paste, and green seaweed paste. It is widely used as souvenirs, snacks, and offerings.
