Just 15 minutes by car from IseJingu, what kind of fun awaits you in this place?
First, enter from "Sengoku daimon". A name that suddenly makes you feel good♪
Ise Azuchi-Momoyama Cultural Village is located on the hillside of a mountain. It is divided into three layers: ``Ryomin no Sato'', ``Ninja Sato'', and ``Castle Village'', and after passing through the entrance gate is the ``Ryomin no Sato'' area where the common people live. Around the pond in the center, there are buildings that give you a sense of history.
Villagers from the Azuchi-Momoyama period work not only in the buildings but also in each facility. The clothes are still the same, and you really feel like you're in that era.
The first attraction we went to was the Iga Ninja Magic House. I'm excited to see what kind of mechanism it is.
Wow, I can't maintain my sense of balance at all! The walls and floor are so sloping that it's difficult to walk straight.
Next, I decided to knock on the gate of the "Sengoku Skills Trial Hall" next door. Will he have the skills to survive the turbulent times?
How! I tried using a bow and arrow, but unfortunately I didn't hit the mark. Although the distance is close, it is surprisingly difficult! It turns out that in this day and age, he would be the first to get killed...
This time, let's try shuriken! It feels so good to be thrown in the demon's face.
``Blowguns are fun, too,'' said Kaede Hirukawa, a kunoichi. He carefully explained how to hold and blow a blowgun stick.
Take a break at a sweets shop. I ate 400 ryo of mitarashi dango. It's soft and very delicious. In the Ise Azuchi-Momoyama Culture Village, "yen" is called "ryo". In short, it's 400 yen.
Minami Kubo from the sweets shop. Ise Azuchi-Momoyama Bunkamura is not only attractive for its atmosphere and attractions, but also for its lovely villagers.
Next, go to the second floor, "Ninja Village." This is the "Ninja Karakuri Maze". It is a maze where you cannot get out unless you pass through 11 mechanisms.
Oops, I found a hidden door! I got lost many times, but I managed to escape!
Next is the ``Ninja Training Fortress.'' Hey! The wall is approaching! There are many other obstacles in your way, such as swaying hallways.
At the end of the fort is a kunoichi who shoots water from his chest! ? It's a training fortress where you can't let your guard down until you're completely outside.
Also on the second floor is the "Yokai Mansion". The abundance of impactful objects and devices is one of the highlights of Ise Azuchi-Momoyama Culture Village.
Finally, we arrived at the highlight of the village, Azuchi Castle, located on the third floor. It is a huge castle that is a faithful reproduction of the castle tower actually built by Oda Nobunaga, and boasts a height of 43 meters. Its spectacular appearance is both elegant and impressive! There is a short distance from the ninja village on the second level to the castle village on the third level, so it is convenient to take a bus that goes back and forth within the village.
The 7th floor of the castle tower is the ``Golden Room,'' which is covered in gold leaf. When you are in a luxurious room, you will feel like a feudal lord.
From the castle, you can see the cityscape of IseCity and the sea. The view is breathtakingly beautiful.
There are five theaters in the village, and plays are performed every hour. The photo shows the rival ninja of the popular character "Mage decchi" from the performance "Chonmage 3D-ish Theater". I'm looking forward to seeing what it's all about.
This is a powerful action scene from "Great Ninja Theater." There were laughs throughout the story, which I couldn't take my eyes off of, and I had a great time.
If you want to get more into the historical mood, why not try wearing old costumes like the villagers? At the "Transformation Photo Gallery" located in Ryomin no Sato, you can take commemorative photos wearing various costumes.
There are armored helmets and ninja costumes, and if you pay an additional fee, you can walk around the village wearing them.
There are various costumes that can be worn. You can choose your favorite costume.
Yasu Saito, an actor from Azuchi-Momoyama Bunkamura, guided us around the village. Thank you for introducing me to the charms of various places.
