I went hunting for spectacular plum blossoms with Shiho, author of ``I want to go before I die! Spectacular views around the world''!

Cumulative total of series exceeds 550,000 copies! I went hunting for spectacular views at the plum grove at InabeCity Agricultural Park and the Suzuka Forest Garden with Shiho, the author of ``I want to see the world's spectacular views before I die!''

Ever since Shiho came to Mie Prefecture last year, she had been saying, ``I want to go!'' to the plum grove at InabeCity Agricultural Park.

The plum grove, said to be one of the largest in the Tokai area and home to 4,000 plum trees of 100 different varieties, is rapidly becoming a popular spot among photographers.

The best time to take pictures is in the morning, so Shiho left Tokyo early in the morning and arrived at Kuwana Station just after 9 o'clock.
After about an hour's drive from there, we arrived at our destination, InabeCity Agricultural Park Umebayashi Park.
Shiho immediately takes out her camera and releases the shutter.

The recommended photo spot at Bairin Park is the view from the newly built observation deck.
When you look down on the plum grove from above, you'll see a patchwork of colorful plum blossoms spread out below you.

Before going to our next destination, Suzuka Forest Garden, we went to Aquaignis for a lunch break.

We left Aquaignis around 3 o'clock and arrived at Suzuka Forest Garden just before 4 o'clock.
There are many out-of-prefecture license plates in the parking lot! You can see that it is a popular spot for photographers.

By the way, the entrance fee to Suzuka Forest Garden varies depending on the blooming status of the plum blossoms, but on this day it was in full bloom, so it was set at 1,500 yen.
Once you leave, you will not be able to re-enter the park, so if you want to take pictures of the illuminations at night, we recommend entering the park a little later and taking your time in the park.
(There are rest areas and toilets in the park.)

When the sun goes down and it's lit up, the atmosphere changes completely from what you saw during the day!
The sight of the weeping plums illuminated by the lights is very magical.

When it was time to go back to Tokyo, we left the Suzuka Forest Garden, but Shiho was still reluctant to leave.

Among this spectacular scenery hunting, "Plum Grove of Inabe Agricultural Park" was featured in Shiho's fifth book in the series, "I want to see it before I die! Spectacular Views of the World ~New Japan Edition~"!
