ShimaMediterraneanVillage is a popular spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos. I heard the word "disappointing" in the comments and reviews online, so I went to the village for a day trip and investigated whether that was really the case.
Mie photographer ``Fugamaru-chan'' and his partner ``Cham'' bring you information that will make you love Mie even more. This time, the theme is "Day trip to ShimaMediterraneanVillage".
What kind of place is ShimaMediterraneanVillage?
ShimaMediterraneanVillage is an accommodation resort facility located in Hamajima-cho ShimaCity Mie Prefecture, and the sight of white-walled buildings reminiscent of the Mediterranean Sea.
In online reviews and opinions, some people say, ``The area is surrounded by the sea, so I really felt like I was in the Mediterranean,'' but I also see the word ``disappointing.''
I decided to take a day trip to see ifFugamaru was really disappointing.

When you enter, you will be greeted by a stylish fountain. Beautiful tiles made with white and blue tones!

FugamaruThe day-trip admission fee (entry fee) is 500 yen per person, and children under elementary school age are free. You can also enter the village with your pet, and dogs can enter the village for 500 yen each.
The entry time for Chamuday trips is from 10:00, the last reception is at 16:30, and the exit time is 17:00.

After completing our investigation inside the building, we proceed to the depths of ShimaMediterraneanVillage.
Then, a building that looked like a tower came into view. Climb the stairs and proceed with the investigation.
This place is called the ``Tower of Love'' and is a popular place for couples.
Pray for happiness by placing a wish on a votive tablet made of a scallop called the "Concha de peregrino" (Pilgrim's shell) and ringing the "Campana del Amor" (bell of love). It's a spot.

This place has a wide variety of takeout menus, so I decided to take a break and order one ♫

It looks perfect for the Mediterranean atmosphere ♫
The taste I'm curious about is... It has a very refreshing taste and makes you feel refreshed!
This is orange juice (¥500)
After you place your order, the staff will cut a hole in the orange and serve it to you with a straw inserted directly into it.
Exactly, authentic 100% orange juice!
If you take a photo with this in hand, it will definitely look great on Instagram!

After drinking juice and taking a break, we continued walking around the village ♫
Then, a restaurant called "Rias" with a panoramic view of the ocean came into view.
This is a restaurant exclusively for hotel guests, but apparently you can enjoy your meal right in front of Ago Bay ♫

I went to a shop called Casa Amapola.
I was told that I could buy wonderful miscellaneous goods and foods from the Mediterranean coast, as well as souvenirs from Ise-Shima, so I went there to finish things off.
As soon as I entered the store, I found brightly colored tableware!
These tableware are inspired by the Mediterranean coast, and each one is unique and cute!
Part of the fun when shopping for souvenirs is worrying about which one to buy.

Ibought a necklace as a souvenir for myself ♫ I was happy that they had a wide variety of accessories.
Impressions from a day trip to ShimaMediterraneanVillage
Our stay was about 2 hours, and we were very satisfied as we were able to take plenty of Instagram-worthy photos!
In addition to taking photos, you can take a break at a stylish cafe, pray for happiness, and enjoy choosing souvenirs, making it a perfect place for a date.
This time I went with my dog, and it was great that there were so many places perfect for taking pictures with your dog.
It was such a wonderful place that I thought I would like to stay there next time and enjoy it.
