The Hokusei area of Mie Prefecture has relatively good transportation links, and there are many spots where you can easily go out! In this article, we will be highlighting three sweets specialty stores that are attracting attention from women who love to travel. If there's anything you're interested in, such as sweets made with fruits from Mie Prefecture or menus recommended by pastry chefs, be sure to check it out and go!
This is a patisserie that uses local production for local consumption, using spring water from the Suzuka Mountains and strawberries and herbs grown at TSUJIGUCHI-FARM on the premises.
There is an eat-in space in the back. You can enjoy sweets along with drinks such as ``Onsen Coffee'' (300 yen including tax), which is brewed using hot spring water from Yunoyama Onsen.
The store name ``Confiture Ash (H)'' comes from the initials of Chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, and also has the meaning of ``Hirohiro's Jam.''
Confitures of various flavors are sold and can be used for drinks and dishes!
In the middle of the strawberry mousse is Italian pistachio cream.
A cute little white macaron is on top.
The combination of white chocolate mousse, raspberry and pistachio is exquisite!
This is Chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi's masterpiece, which won the 1996 Sopexa Competition, a French confectionery competition sponsored by the French Embassy.
Its name is ``Famous Sweets Tsujiguchi Manju'' (1,150 yen including tax).
White chocolate is kneaded into the Ise matcha dough, and original caramel is added to the red bean paste, making this a special product!

Located on the corner of an intersection in a calm suburb, the stylish white building is impressive.
Look for the green chairs on the deck terrace.
There are many male customers as well as female customers, so it is no wonder that it is popular and easy to enter regardless of gender.
In the showcase, sweets that look like works of art are lined up with exquisite details.
After studying French confectionery in Osaka and Tokyo, he opened a shop in his hometown of Mie Prefecture in 2011.
``I want to be particular about the ingredients and offer authentic French sweets, one of the few in Mie prefecture,'' says Mr. Ninomiya.
Patrie means "hometown" in French.
Made with Meyer lemons from Mie Prefecture and mandarin orange juice from Kumano, this is a masterpiece packed with love for Mie.
With a cacao content of 56%, it has a slightly bitter and mature taste! This is a popular menu item since we opened.
It has red beans and praline inside. The distinctive feature is the three sauces! From the back of the photo, it is served with salt, black sesame, and matcha sauce, allowing you to enjoy a variety of elaborate flavors.
``Delicious to look at, delicious to eat.'' Patisserie Chez Nino is full of such attractive sweets.
On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, we offer four to five types of bread such as croissants, on Thursdays we offer baked tarts, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, we offer chausson (apple pie) and two types of quiche, all featuring the owner's masterpieces.
Please check the schedule for your next visit.

Chef Kato, the owner, originally worked at a famous confectionery shop kambe, but after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995, he returned to his hometown of Yokkaichi and opened Tamburan in Unomori with his wife.
After that, we moved to our current building and this year marks our 23rd anniversary.
The key point is that the overall cut is large and has a satisfying texture, but it's not too sweet.
It is loved by men and women of all ages.
There is an atmosphere full of realism that is completely different from the showcase side seen through the glass.
Seasonal fruits are neatly arranged.
You might think they had been planning this before the move, but Chef Kato says with a laugh, ``The inside of the store was surprisingly spacious. We decided to open the cafe after we moved because we wanted to make effective use of the space.''
This is an episode that gives us a glimpse of his supple personality: ``Facing what's in front of me straight and doing my best.''
The tart dough is topped with mascarpone cream, bananas, and a generous amount of light fresh cream, with cookies as an accent!
It is also very popular among young women.
Enjoy a blissful moment in the cafe space.
Merimelo has been a standard menu item since opening, and Tamburan has remained unchanged for 23 years.
A variety of ``tamburan'' and sweets that have been loved by locals for a long time and gently add color to each memorable scene.
If you visit Yokkaichi, why not stop by at least once?
