Ago no Matsubara Beach, located in ShimaCity, has a sandy shore that extends approximately 3 km from north to south, and is known as a spot where you can enjoy marine sports such as surfing throughout the year.

Since it's so spacious, you can enjoy swimming and marine sports without getting too crowded even during the busy season, and it's a little-known spot that attracts many locals as well as tourists from Nagoya and the Kansai area.

We will introduce the beach house, parking lot, etc. in detail!

There are many beach houses and parking lots along the road just behind the beach. The parking lot fee is approximately 1,000 yen per car per day.
The local staff provided detailed guidance.

Many AgonoMatsubaraBeach have hot showers and changing rooms in the parking lot, so you can take a shower and change clothes here, and you can also inflate your float.

Just a short walk to the sea! The most attractive feature of AgonoMatsubaraBeach is its long stretch of beach.

With such a large area, you can certainly enjoy swimming in the sea without getting too crowded even during the busy season.
A truly hidden spot!

The white sand beach and emerald blue sea are very beautiful.

The north side is a surfing area.
The beach is located about 500m away on the south side, so it's neatly separated, so everyone can enjoy their time with peace of mind.

The beach is wide, so you can often see people relaxing with umbrellas and beach chairs spread out.

The sea is shallow, so it's safe to go with children. The sandy beach is wide, so it's perfect for playing in the sand.

The waves are high, so you can enjoy just floating on a board or float.

There were four beach houses operating along the coast.

The beach hut has a shaded eating area, sells food and drinks, and rents out tents and floats, so it's great that you can enjoy the trip without bringing anything.

This is a beach house run by a local fishmonger.

There is also a cute pink telescope that allows you to view the scenery beyond the sea, including the anori lighthouse.

They also have fresh large clams (400 yen), grilled turban shells (500 yen), and sashimi freshly caught that day.
Of course, yakisoba, grilled squid, and drinks are also on sale.

Next is the surfing area on the north side. It is also a mecca for surfing.
Although the waves are calmer than the neighboring Kokufu coast, it is crowded with people who enjoy marine sports such as surfing.
There are also surf shops in the surrounding area.
It is also barrier-free, with beach wheelchairs available.
