"Miya River Watarai Park Playing Pool Kagami". We had a lot of fun playing according to the age of the children ♪ Not only the pool but also the park is full of fun!

Miya River MiyaRiverWataraiPark Park is a park that stretches from east to west along the clear stream Miyagawa River. The 12-hectare park includes a large lawn with lots of fun play equipment, a swimming pool called Kagami in the summer, playing in the Miyagawa River, and enjoying cherry blossom viewing along the river in the spring. It is also attractive that you can enjoy it in a way that suits the situation in the natural surroundings.

Kagami is a swimming pool attached to MiyaRiverWataraiPark is open only during the summer.

If you drive along the Miyagawa River, you will see the administration building and parking lot.
This time, I went to play with moms and children aged 6, 5, 2, and 1 who love pools!

*Opening days in 2019 are Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from June 30th (Sunday) to July 15th (Monday/holiday), and July 20th (Saturday) to September 1st (Sunday).

First, purchase a ticket at the administration building and go to the reception desk.
Change your clothes in separate changing rooms for men and women. The air in the float can also be pumped in with a compressor inside the pool, making it easy.
Floating rings, beach balls, goggles, etc. are sold at the reception, so don't worry if you forget something.
You can walk around the pool barefoot, but we recommend wearing beach sandals.

The location is great as you can see the fresh green mountains.

There is a flowing pool, water slide, rock slide, mountain stream pool, toddler pool, 25m pool, and more.
There are many different types of pools, but the great thing about the site is that it's not too big and you can quickly go back and forth between the pools.

The running water pool has a mechanism that allows you to enter the pool like a slope.
The entrance looks like a sandy beach. It was easy for the children to get used to the water as it gradually got deeper and they were able to go in without fear. This is the longest pool among the recreational pools "Kagami" with a total length of 135m.
Ride on a floating ring, follow the flow of the pool, and float down the flowing pool. The depth of the pool is 1m.

The water in the pool is so clean! The reason for this is that we have introduced an ozone purification system and use water that is kind to both people and the environment.
It always maintains clean water. The water is highly transparent, healthy and easy on the eyes, and is safe for small children, which is great.

There is a large rock slide in the middle of the lazy river.
It's a wide slide, so I was able to slide down it with my mom and friends. The fun will be doubled if everyone skates with “Seno!”!

“One more time!” I challenged myself many times! (The slider can only be used by people over 120cm tall.)

There was also a pool that recreated a mountain stream, as if you were experiencing river climbing.

Climb up the rocks with flowing water, and there is also a waterfall at the top. It's like playing in real nature!

The children also seemed to be having fun by going into the waterfall on their own.
The structure is unique to the Miya River pool, which is adjacent to nature.

Next up is the 73m long waterslide, which stands out among the pools.
I gradually climbed up the 9m spiral staircase, and when I looked down from the top, I was surprised at how high it was!

Slide down at once while going around in circles, and when you pass through the final tunnel, you will land in the water.
Depending on how you slide, you can even speed up, which is thrilling! Both children and mothers thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
(The slider can only be used by people over 120cm tall.)

For small children, there is also a toddler pool with a depth of 0 to 30 cm.
We were able to have fun and play safely in the colorful fan-shaped pool.

There is also a small waterfall, so you can dip under it, touch it, and play with it. Perfect for small children's pool debut.

There will also be a 10-minute break every hour, which will be announced via broadcast. Enjoy it safely and stay hydrated.

There was also a free covered rest area and space to set up a tent.

If you're hungry, head to the shop on the roof of the administration building. You can also purchase light snacks such as fried chicken, french fries, grilled rice balls, curry, and ramen, as well as shaved ice and ice cream to cool down your hot body.

There are also vending machines, so don't worry if you run out of drinks.
We took a relaxing break on the terrace seat overlooking the mountains.

There are pools that can be enjoyed according to each age, so the children will be very satisfied!

``The entrance fee is cheap, and there's lots of fun to do, including thrilling slides and a running pool, so I've been there many times.''
It is also popular among mothers.

The fun doesn't stop there. Go to MiyaRiverWataraiPark is right across the road.

This can be enjoyed not only in summer but all year round. It's a park full of greenery with an expanse of lawn, and you can enjoy just taking a walk along the promenade, but the square with the playground equipment is recommended for families.
Play equipment is gathered in two places, "Chibikko Square" and "Chibikko Square 2", and there is plenty of fun play equipment.

Play on the large wooden complex playground equipment that combines slides, suspension bridges, etc.

Try riding the popular Tarzan rope.
Lots of play equipment to satisfy children's sense of fun!

There was also some fun play equipment that was inspired by climbing and one that allowed you to climb up a web like a spider.

For small children, there are swings for toddlers and complex play equipment for younger children.

Found a cute mushroom house in the forest! You can also enjoy pretend play.
There was also a desk and chair perfect for bringing in your lunch and taking a break. There are restrooms and vending machines in the parking lot adjacent to the park.

MiyaRiverWataraiPark is a park where you can enjoy all four seasons, with cherry blossoms blooming along the river in spring, changing leaves in autumn, and playing in the river in summer.
In addition to enjoying sports such as tennis courts and putter golf, you can also try river activities such as Miyagawa family rafting and clear stream SUP.
You can also enjoy BBQ at the BBQ corner in the park!

It seems that there are many people who come from outside the prefecture to enjoy their trip♪
Please enjoy it with your family and friends.
