Do you ever find yourself suddenly wanting to eat school lunch?
We had a competition for dessert, we exchanged meals, and we all had fun chatting while eating...
Apparently there is a facility where you can enjoy school lunches that are full of memories even now as an adult! !

So here we are, ``Nohara Kobo Genkimura'' located in TaikiTown!

Calligraphy classes and woodworking classes are held here as a place for local residents to relax.
Every Saturday, local people gather to run the "Nohara Kobo Genki Village" and sell bento boxes and other items!

And what! ! It is said that they are holding a "school lunch duty experience" here! I never thought the day would come when I would be on school lunch duty after I became an adult.
I can't stop being excited about my first school lunch since middle school! ! Let's go inside right away♪

This time's school lunch duty experience.
The venue is the former Nanaho Daiichi Elementary School, which was closed in 2001.

When you step into the school building, there is a long hallway where you can feel the warmth of wood.
The retro wooden school building was very nice, and it gave me a somewhat nostalgic feeling, as if I had wandered into the world of a movie and traveled back in time to my childhood.

After having fun wandering around the school building, change into your uniform and start your experience♪
You can enjoy this school lunch duty experience by renting actual school uniforms! !

Uniforms are available for both men and women, and there are two popular uniforms: sailor uniforms for women and school uniforms for men.
Why do I get so excited when I wear a uniform? (lol)
My heart is pounding as if I have returned to my school days!

Classes start immediately after the morning assembly!
The first period is art. We will make a one-of-a-kind name tag using local cypress.

Carving the letters using an electric pen was so much fun that I couldn't help but get hooked! !
I drew my name and my favorite illustration ♪ It's fascinating to be able to draw and create your own design.
The name tag was a great souvenir because you can take it home as a memory!

After class is over, it's time for the long-awaited school lunch!
I changed into a school lunch apron and said, ``Let's do it!'' I also tried joking around on the blackboard (lol)

It's great that you can enjoy both uniforms and school lunch aprons♪

What is the menu for today's school lunch? This is a very popular fried bread! !
When I was a student, fried bread was one of the most popular menu items.

You can fry it yourself and eat it fresh!
Fry for 10 seconds on each side, counting ``one'' and ``ni''. Once fried, put it in a bag containing soybean powdered sugar and shake.
Fried bread for school lunches in Mie Prefecture typically contains a lot of soybean powder sugar, and this fried bread is also the standard fried bread made from soybean flour.

Once the frying is finished, the school lunch is complete♪
This time's menu is
・Fried bread
・Handmade croquettes
・Vermicelli salad
·mandarin orange

You'll be happy to know that it's nutritionally balanced and gentle on your body.
The milk used is ouchiyama milk produced in TaikiTown. When I was a student, I used ouchiyama Milk, and it's also available at supermarkets and convenience stores in Mie Prefecture, and everyone loves it!

Let's have it right away♪♪

Let's start with fried bread!
The moment you take a bite, it makes a crunchy sound and the gentle sweetness of soybean flour spreads in your mouth. The freshly fried bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The crunchy texture of the sugar is also great, making it an excellent dish! ! !
The fact that I made my own fried bread was a really nice feature.

I devoured the delicious crispy croquettes with plenty of toppings and the vermicelli salad.

Both men and women will be satisfied with the volume! Delicious, fun and full of happiness♪

At the end, we joined hands to enjoy the meal! !

After eating school lunch, we took a commemorative photo with the teachers who taught us♪
Everyone was fun and warm, and I had a lot of fun experiencing it!

You can make a one-of-a-kind name tag using local cypress, and enjoy a delicious school lunch that will make you smile when you take a bite.
We then wore our uniforms and went around the school building, and it felt like we were back in our student days, and we had a very precious time.
Many customers enjoy taking photos in the schoolyard, classroom, blackboard, etc. It's the best situation, and you can aim for an Instagram photo♪ This school lunch duty experience also comes with a bathing ticket to Aso Onsen, which is a repurposed elementary school that was closed down, so you can also enjoy the hot springs♪

A luxurious experience that is sure to be enjoyed by both children and adults. Why not come and visit us?

The next place I came to was Kobe no Miyayomo Shrine, also located in TaikiTown.

This is the only shrine in Japan with the name Tonomiya, and it is famous for being the only place in Japan where the ``Kami no Kami'' is enshrined.

It is said to bring blessings to the area above the neck, especially the head, and many people visit from inside and outside the prefecture.
There are many people who come to pray for entrance exams, working adults who come to pray for success in promotion exams and qualification exams, and elderly people who wish to stay in good health forever.

Actually, my sister and I also came here to make a wish during the exam season♪

As you go through the torii gate, you will come across a large sacred kounogi.
It's so big and spectacular that you feel like you're receiving power when you're close to it.

What you can see in the back is the main shrine, and you can worship there.

Here at Kashinomiya Shiho Shrine, the skull of Karahashi Chujo Mitsumori, the guardian deity with a head that brings blessings from the neck up, is enshrined.

It is said that the skull of Lord Mitsumori, who lived upstream, washed up in the Karako River, which runs beside the shrine, and has been worshiped and worshiped by the locals.

I have also been asking for help to increase my inspiration and idea power at work!

After visiting the shrine, head to ``Kashiranomizu'', which is marked by a cute frog next to the main shrine.

It is believed that by drinking this water, you will purify your body by ridding it of sin, impurity, and misfortune, and it will give you vitality.

And next to it is the ``Headstone''.
This stone is also a power stone, and it is said to be a stone that is said to give you ``power of will'' by stroking it with prayer.
It is said that if you stroke this stone and stroke your own head as well, it will bring you blessings, so I stroked it thoroughly♪

The last place we came to was Milkland Itokawa store.

This is a popular shop that sells a variety of dairy products, including rich soft-serve ice cream made with ouchiyama milk, which we used to drink during school lunches.
It's close to Tonomiya Shiho Shrine, and I've stopped by here to eat some soft serve ice cream as well.

In addition to dairy products, the store also sells popular handmade breads and fresh, delicious locally produced fish.
There are two types of soft serve ice cream made with ouchiyama milk that you will receive this time: standard vanilla and one made with Ise GreenTea.

Milkland's original brown sugar agar made using amanita from Mie Prefecture, and plenty of handmade bean paste toppings, so there's a huge variety to choose from.

I wasn't sure which one to choose, but this time I ordered the standard vanilla♪

The beautiful and large soft serve ice cream will get you excited♪
Let's have it right away! ! !

Hmm. It's exquisite! ! ! ! !
The moment you eat it, the rich and gentle taste of milk will fill your mouth! It has a smooth texture and a stable taste♪ A feeling of happiness will wrap your whole body.

This is a really popular shop, with many fans including myself!
It was impressive to see everyone's smiles as they ate the soft serve ice cream.

Such an exquisite soft serve ice cream. Please try it when you visit TaikiTown ♪

Finally, we took a commemorative photo at TaikiTown Kise ouchiyama Interchange♪

Taiki Park has large advertising signs, fountains, and a large monument of ouchiyama milk cartons, making it feel like a theme park that suddenly appeared on a public road! ! !
There are totem poles lined up along the roadside, which is a sight to behold!

This concludes this trip.
I felt like a child again through the school lunch duty experience, gained power at Tonomiya Shiho Shrine, and felt happiness at Milk Land...

We had a very luxurious day. Everyone I met was very warm and I felt that it was a very friendly town.

My days are busy and I have to use my head a lot. Why not come to TaikiTown and heal your mind and body?
