A collaboration of autumn leaves and waterfalls at TheAkame48Falls! I was healed by nature at the place of ninja training! : Ai Yamamoto’s view! Nabari edition

Actress "Ai Yamamoto" from Mie Prefecture makes her mountain girl debut by walking around "TheAkame48Falls" in NabariCity! I felt the negative ions at Nakataki Falls with its beautiful autumn leaves. I also enjoyed the much-talked-about `` HekokiManju'' and had a trip that satisfied my body, mind, and stomach.

[See Ai Yamamoto! ] What is it? Actress Ai Yamamoto from Mie Prefecture travels around Mie Prefecture! This is a travel report article that introduces in his own writing what he ``saw, heard, and felt'' by visiting tourist spots in Mie Prefecture himself.

This time's Mie Tab is unique to this time of year when it's getting chilly! Refresh your mind and body at TheAkame48Falls, a famous spot for autumn leaves♪

This time, since we are going for a walk in the mountains, we changed into clothes that are easy to move in!
This is my first mountain girl debut♪

We stopped in front of the Akame Visitor Center, which provides a variety of tourist information. Under the guidance of Mr. Masuda of TheAkame48Falls Valley Hoshokai, we will start right away!

Click here for the entrance! The Japan Salamander Center is a landmark ♪
The entrance fee is 400 yen for adults and 200 yen for children.

At TheAkame48Falls in Nabari NabariCity Mie Prefecture, you can enjoy waterfalls of various sizes created by the flowing Takigawa River and deep forest. The valley with the waterfall stretches for approximately 4km, and you can fully enjoy the spectacular waterfall while hiking.

Pictured with them are the mascot characters ``Takki'' and ``San-chan.'' What an adorable character.
We will do our best to liven up Mie together!

The Giant Salamander Center at the entrance is an aquarium for giant salamanders.
Giant salamanders, both children and adults. You can also meet various waterside creatures such as newts and axolotls.

Inside this rock aquarium is the giant salamander "Sanshomaru", the oldest at the center, estimated to be 60 years old and with a total length of 1120mm!

Sanshomaru seems to like this position♪
The giant salamanders were so adorable that I wanted to look at them forever! It looks like there are a lot of wild giant salamanders in the river of TheAkame48Falls that we are heading towards! Please look for it♪

Once you're fully healed, it's time to go hiking!

Wow! ! ! please look! This spectacular view just after entering the mountain!

It feels like you are one with nature. The fresh air is flowing and it is very soothing for both mind and body!
The clear, red-eye water has been selected as one of the ``100 Best Waters of the Heisei Era'', and this magnificent natural beauty has been selected as ``Japan's 100 Best Waterfalls'', ``100 Best Forests for Forest Bathing'', and ``100 Best Walks''. is also selected♪

To see the waterfall up close, walk along the promenade along the river.
“Fudo Falls” is one of the five Akame waterfalls!

The Akame Five Falls refers to the five famous waterfalls that are the ``sightseeing spots'' among the many waterfalls in TheAkame48Falls.
This waterfall is 200m from the entrance and took 5 minutes!
The sound of the waterfall is very soothing, and the cool, clear air filled with negative ions feels so good that you can recharge your batteries just by taking a deep breath! No wonder it is called a power spot!

We will continue to move forward in the clear air♪
The autumn leaves are beautiful everywhere in the forest. You can enjoy different scenery depending on the season, such as cherry blossoms in spring and fresh greenery in early summer.

There is a promenade so it is easy to walk, but there are some ups and downs and slippery spots, so sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended when walking.

TheAkame48Falls is a very popular tourist destination, and it was crowded with many people on this day as well! ! It's a spot where people of all ages can enjoy, from children to adults, to grandparents.

As we continued walking, we arrived at Senju Falls, the second of the Akame Go Falls.
It was named because the flow of the waterfall resembles the ``hands of a thousand-armed Kannon.'' It is in beautiful harmony with the rocks and surrounding nature, and as the name suggests, it is very calming to look at this gentle waterfall that resembles Kannon.

There is a teahouse opposite where you can sit and take a break!

The two shots with the waterfall were also great♪
No matter where you take your photo, it will look great in the spectacular view of TheAkame48Falls. Many people brought their SLR cameras and tripods!

You'll want to capture this wonderful scenery on camera!

The next waterfall that appears immediately after Senju Falls is Nunobiki Falls.
The drop is 30 meters. The waterfall falls like a thin cloth, and it also has a moist atmosphere.

The waterfall falls like a single line, just like hot water pouring from a teapot, and is so moist and beautiful that you can't help but be mesmerized by it.

Each waterfall has a completely different shape, and each one has its own charm, so it's really fun to watch.

I made sure to take photos here as well.
The waterfall and the bright greenery are so beautiful.

The river was crystal clear and there were many fallen autumn leaves floating in the water, making it very beautiful. You can't help but be mesmerized by it.

From here, we will go back the way we came. The scenery you see on the way back looks different, and you can see the waterfall not only from the front but also from directly above, making it a very satisfying hike♪

This time I chose a leisurely walking course that takes about an hour round trip and is easy to enjoy even for beginners.
A course that takes in all five Akame Goto Falls is about 4km one way, so it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. A round trip takes about 3 hours.

In addition, at TheAkame48Falls, a waterfall light-up event called ``Candle Night'' is held during certain periods in the summer, during the fall foliage period, and on Christmas night. During the event, the waterfall is brightly lit up and decorated with about 2,000 candles.

The illuminated waterfall seems to have a different impact than it does during the day!

Click here for details on the Christmas light-up event!

This is natural spring water “Janja no Mizu”♪
The spout of the spring water was shaped like a salamander, which was really cute!

Nearby, there was also a stone figurine called ``Akame Ushi''.
The origin of the name "Akame" is said to have come from Enno Gyoja's encounter with Fudo Myoo, who was riding a red-eyed bull, during his training.
It is said that if you stroke this red-eyed cow figurine, you will receive good luck.
Of course I stroked it thoroughly ♪ (lol)

After getting off the mountain, I returned to the Akame Visitor Center.

Then, I found out that you can have some interesting experiences inside the center!
That's shuriken training using VR! This training combines shuriken and the latest technology called VR.
This is an attraction where you use your whole body to avoid shurikens thrown by ninjas, or bounce them with your arms!
Since it is VR, the entire 360-degree view is the ninja world. The ninjas and shuriken flying in front of me were very realistic, and before I knew it I was fighting with all my might.
The physical strength of a ninja must be scary (lol) It was a lot of fun♪

This VR experience is being held as part of the ``Ninja Training Experience'' at the `` NinjanoMori'' right next to TheAkame48Falls!
In the ``Ninja Training Experience,'' you can enjoy authentic ninja training by wearing ninja costumes, climbing high walls, and crossing ropes while keeping your balance while having fun learning about history.

The entrance to the waterfall is a hot spring town, lined with inns and souvenir shops.

What I'm going to have this time is "HekokiManju" here! !
The name has a big impact, and expectations are high as to what kind of sweet it is ♪

This is “HekokiManju”!
Cute ninja-shaped buns baked with sweet potato dough.

There are a total of 7 flavors inside, including strained bean paste, tsubuan, and matcha.
Each item is handmade in-house, so you can enjoy it freshly baked.

Now let's start with the standard plain♪

Wow! ! ! ! ! So yummy! ! !

I can't get enough of the sweet potato dough, which is made entirely from sweet potatoes!
Fluffy and soft, the steamy and gentle sweetness that only sweet potatoes can give will fill your mouth!

I also received cranberries and cheese and apples, and they were all filled with plenty of filling and went well with the sweet potato dough! !
It's no wonder that TheAkame48Falls is a very popular specialty item♪

After receiving HekokiManju, take a commemorative photo with the staff♪

Everyone is really cute and kind! We talked a lot, and it was all very bright and fun.

I feel that the warmth and good nature of everyone is one of the reasons why HekokiManju is so loved.
