One of the attractions of Kotobuki Tei is that there are six types of ``private baths'' where you can enjoy a luxurious time without being disturbed.
Rinsenkaku, a private bathhouse completed in July 2017, has three types of baths: Bojo, Shosen, and Hozan. There is a bath.

The ``Bojo'' in the photo is a place where you can soak in the hot water while enjoying the scenery of the four seasons, and it is also accessible to people in wheelchairs.

``Shosen,'' where you can step out on the deck and feel the clear air, and ``Hozan,'' which has ample space and is perfect for families to enjoy.

A popular menu that can be enjoyed in your room is the ``Komono pork wine shabu-shabu.'' Shabu-shabu with local brand pork in a wine pot brings out the flavor of the meat.

We also recommend the "Mie Brand Beef Tasting Comparison" menu where you can taste Matsusaka beef, Iga beef, and Mie Nabe beef all at once!
It's a luxury to be able to taste three Mie brand beefs at once! This is a dish you should definitely try.

The ``Breakfast Venue'' offers a view of the `` GozaishoRopeway'' that goes back and forth nearby.

The annex, Suiunkaku, built in 1927, still conveys the weight of Kotobuki Tei's history.

The floor plan adopted the modern architectural methods of the time, and features features such as the Kato-mado (window with a pointed arch at the top of the window frame) built to the same dimensions as Ishiyama-dera Temple in Shiga. It has an unusual structure.
In 2007, it was designated as a "Nationally Registered Tangible Cultural Property."

The Suiunkaku rooms are said to have been used by the imperial family and literary figures due to their well-prepared facilities. There is a quiet atmosphere where you can feel the surrounding nature with all five senses.

■ Mitakeji Temple, where the legend of love knots is passed down

Mitake-dera Temple, located behind the inn, is a must-visit spot during your stay.
There is a legend that in the Edo period, when a man and a woman who were about to commit suicide visited this place, the Buddha, who had transformed into a warrior monk, encouraged them and said, ``If you soak in the hot springs, your feelings will change,'' and they were deterred from committing suicide. Masu.

Afterwards, the two dedicated the origami crane to Mitakeji Temple, and the legend of the ``love knot origami crane'' has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, it is known as a ``matchmaking spot'' based on this legend, and many lovers visit here to offer origami cranes.
