Start your trip at "Tamaki Tourist Information Local Products Sales Shop Gusuku", which is located right next to the IC!

Local products are stocked in the store.
There are many products that would make great souvenirs.

This facility also boasts a wide selection of freshly harvested vegetables. Everything is brightly colored and you can tell it's fresh just by looking at it.

I stopped by this shop, which was about a minute's drive from Gusuku (Castle), after seeing the word ``Taiyaki'' on the large signboard.
This is the main store of Taiyaki Warashibe, a taiyaki specialty store that originated in Ise-Shima.

The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and is very comfortable, as there are no locals there who don't know it. Even though it's a weekday morning, customers keep coming in one after another.
Just by looking at this scene, you can be sure of the deliciousness of taiyaki!

The most basic one, "Tsubuan" (160 yen/tax included), is the most popular. Each piece of taiyaki dough is carefully hand-baked and is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
The carefully selected red beans have a sweet aftertaste. No wonder it won the Silver Award in the Monde Selection confectionery category in 2016 and 2017.

The store manager, Mr. Okano, and the bright and energetic staff provide customer service that makes you feel good. Next time, I would like to try other flavors such as “Purin” and “Anashi”! thank you very much!

We have arrived at the long-awaited yanohama Beach, where you can fully enjoy the sea of Ise-Shima. It has been awarded the cleanest AA rating in water quality tests, and its high level of safety has also contributed to its popularity.

The waves are calm and the sandy beach is clean, which is great for families! We saw many small children playing happily. There is a "beach house" where we had lunch and had a great time.

I was a little tired after having fun at the beach, so I went to my hotel early.
Premier Resort Yuga Ise-Shima is located about 5 minutes by car from yanohama Beach.

As soon as you step through the front door, you will find yourself in a luxurious space. You will be overwhelmed by its vastness.

The lounge overlooking the sea is also very attractive.
Spending time here will be a relaxing time.

The room you will stay in is a guest room with a bath with a view (a Japanese-Western room with an open-air bath and terrace).
It's unified with soft colors, and it's nice to have a Japanese-style room where you can relax on tatami!

The indoor bath is nice, but I also wanted to see the big bath, so I headed to the large bath.
I was able to relax in the spacious bathtub and heal the fatigue of my travels.

After getting out of the bath, the best thing to do is have dinner.
The ``Kaiseki course'' uses plenty of fresh ingredients such as spiny lobster. I am very satisfied with the products that make use of the quality of the materials!

After leaving "Premier Resort Yuga Ise-Shima" and driving along National Route 260 along the coast, I spotted a character that caught my eye! The name is "Ise Ebi King Statue". The colorful and impactful form stands out against the blue sky.

Ruruburu Park is located just a short walk from the Ise Ebi Daio Statue.
The ``bottle beads'' used as fishing gear for pearl farming are used as objects.

"Bintama Road" stretches about 1km from the park along the coast.
It feels great to take a walk while feeling the refreshing sea breeze!

As I was walking along Bintama Road, I came across a wonderful monument. The name is "Light of Bonds".
It was built with the cooperation of the people of Kesennuma, who have been friends through deep-sea fishing for a long time, and it is said that from here they are sending ``cheers for Sanriku's recovery.''

I could feel that "bond" from this monument.

At the end of this trip, I want to have an experience that kids can enjoy too! So, I visited UmiHozuki a facility where you can experience the ocean as close to the real sea as the tides ebb and flow.

You can try your hand at holding fish, starfish, etc. There are places where the water is deep, so even adults can enjoy an exciting experience.
During the fishing experience, you can catch horse mackerel, sea bream, and spiny lobster, which is very popular with children.
