This time, we went to "MenardAoyamaResort", which is full of fresh air and beautiful nature, to see, play, touch, and refresh our mind and body♪ (July 2019)

We arrived at "MenardAoyamaResort" in AoyamaPlateau, IgaCity ♪
This comprehensive relaxation resort has a wealth of facilities on its vast grounds, including lodging, hot springs, beauty salons, pools, golf courses, restaurants, and creative workshops.
Excited to go to Aoyama Resort for the first time since elementary school♪
I hope to enjoy this episode to my heart's content and summarize it in a column♪

The first place we visited was the hydrangea garden.
At MenardAoyamaResort, the "Hydrangea Garden" will be open until July 31st (Wednesday), and you can enjoy over 5,000 colorful hydrangeas.

Hydrangeas spread throughout the approximately 2 hectare site. You will be enchanted by its beauty. It's fun to be able to see hydrangeas up close and observe them to your heart's content♪
They come in a variety of colors, including blue, white, and purple, and just looking at them makes you feel happy and happy.
And this hydrangea garden is free of charge, which is another nice point♪

I can't stop smiling at the beautiful hydrangeas.
The grounds were very spacious, and many customers enjoyed taking photos and looking at the hydrangeas.
This Aoyama resort is located at an altitude of 600m, so it's very cool, and since it's on top of the mountain, there's a nice breeze, making it perfect for the upcoming hot season!

The next place we visited was the magnificent "Herb Garden" with a vast lavender field.
At Herb Garden, flowers unique to each season are in full bloom: spring, early summer, summer, and autumn.
This time of year is lavender.
The scenery and scent are dyed with lavender, making you feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale world.

This herb garden is a whopping 8 hectares in size and the open space is just so pleasant! Just like the hydrangea garden earlier, this place was crowded with many customers of all ages, men and women.

And you can actually go inside and touch this lavender field!
When you rub the leaves with your fingers and smell them, they have a wonderful scent.
During the picking season, customers actually pick the leaves themselves, and each person can take home about 50!
Lavender has a relaxing effect and is also used as an aromatic aroma.
It's nice to go home and enjoy this scent♪

After enjoying a stroll in the garden, head to the souvenir corner♪
It's fun just looking at all the lavender goods lined up♪
A portable lavender pack and a sleep pillow containing lavender. We have a wide variety of cosmetics that we make in-house, and other attractive goods that you'll want. There is no doubt that it will be appreciated as a souvenir♪

After enjoying the souvenir corner, it's time for the customary sweet corner♪♪
At the brunch cafe "Arugula" in the park, you can enjoy a menu only available here using herbs!
This time I received "lavender soft serve". This soft serve ice cream has a rich and gentle taste, with a gorgeous lavender scent when you take a bite. You can enjoy the color, aroma, and taste, and it's just delicious! ! !
When I asked the person in charge, most of the customers who come to the herb garden order it!
Enjoying the tea party while enjoying the pleasant breeze and looking at the beautiful flowers, it was such a happy space that I forgot about the time♪

After taking a breather, I came to the cosmetics workshop♪
Here at Aoyama Resort, we have a wealth of creative experience facilities where you can experience a variety of things, including pottery, bread making, soba making, wood craft, and cosmetic making!
At the cosmetics workshop, you can make a variety of cosmetics such as lip products, eau de toilette, body shampoo, and room fragrances.

The inside of the workshop is like a science lab...!
It brings back my school days and makes me feel nostalgic and excited♪
This time my challenge is to create a room fragrance.
This is my first time creating the only original cosmetics in the world, and I can't stop being excited♪

The trial course will be conducted under the guidance of a teacher.
It's reassuring to be able to proceed with the work while listening to explanations and advice♪

The first step is to create a top note, middle note, and last note.
Choose a scent from.
The top note is the first scent you feel when you put on a perfume.
The middle note is ``a scent that only comes out after a while.''
The last note is "a scent that lingers until the very end"

I'm worried because everything smells good.
Let me smell it carefully and decide which one to use.
You can add any number of fragrances and change the amount to your liking!
I'm really happy to be able to collect my favorite scents and create a room fragrance...
It's a very luxurious time ♪

After much consideration, I chose these three colors! ! !
"Jasmine" has a sweet and elegant scent that makes you feel calm.
Bergamot has an elegant, fresh and refreshing scent.
“Musk” has sweetness and warmth that makes you feel happy.
All scents are my favorite. Let's mix these three types right away!

Suck up the three types of fragrances with a dropper, mix them together in a beaker, and then add alcohol to dilute them.
A serious expression...
It was like a science experiment and it was really fun!
Mr. Akai carefully taught me how to mix the ingredients, so I was able to proceed in a fun and friendly manner.

Next, add color to the room fragrance.
You can choose from these 5 colors, and all of them are very cute! ! !
I felt that it was really nice to be able to enjoy not only the scent but also the color.
I chose pink~♪

When I put the food coloring in the bottle, it changed color in an instant!
The super cute pink color will get you excited♪
It's almost complete!

Finally, filter the liquid to make it clean, pour it back into the bottle, and you're done!
It took about 30 minutes♪

And it's completed! ! !
My one and only room fragrance in the world with refreshing and gentle sweetness♪
It contains a good amount, so it looks like it can be used for a long time!
This experience facility is said to be visited by many families, friends, and groups.
It looks like it would be fun to create something with everyone ♪ I would like to come here again to enjoy the creation experience! ! What should I make next?
