Introducing "Sazanami Toba Branch" in TobaCity, famous for its large fried shrimp! We interviewed Head Chef Hayashi of Ren, which opens up to 60 kg of shrimp during the busy season and serves fried shrimp, and asked him about his cooking methods and ingredients to bring out the crispy texture.
