OdaiTown, Mie Prefecture, where we will be traveling this time, is home to Osugidani, one of Japan's three major valleys and visited by many mountain climbing enthusiasts.
In 2016, the area was expanded and registered as the Odaigahara/Omineyama/Osugitani UNESCO Eco Park, and the entire town has been certified as a UNESCO Eco Park.
The first half of this "Mietabi" will introduce outdoor activities that can be enjoyed even in winter, and the second half will feature the "Odai Stamp Rally," which will be held for the first time this year and is limited to the winter season, and will introduce you to the unknown and charming spots of OdaiTown We will deliver!
If you come to OdaiTown, a town that attracts attention from outdoor enthusiasts, the first thing you need to do is get your body moving.
I would like to someday try climbing Osugidani, a serious mountain climbing course that is recognized as a precious forest around the world, but the season is off from the end of November to mid-April. Experience a guided trek from the Himeshara Forest to the observation deck at the summit of Mt. Kitasomon, which is suitable even for beginners.
We met up with Ayako Noda of Verde Odai Tourism, which offers outdoor programs that allow you to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Okuise, such as SUP and other water activities, at the Hotel Okuise Forest Pier in the Forest.

I'm going to "Okuise Miyagawa Onsen" located in the hot spring resort "Okuise Forest Pier"! It's great to be able to go straight to the hot springs after being outdoors ♡

Collaboration products between Okuise Terrace and Wood Craft Hirota are only available here. I had a hard time deciding because there were so many different types, but I chose this round strap!
