We visited "Tomis Meat", which is often mentioned as a "meat place" in KawagoeTown, and learned about its varied menu, its commitment to meat, and its ability to offer high-quality yet value-for-money menus. We asked you to tell us why.

Tomis Meat is conveniently located along National Route 1, 10 minutes by car from Mie Kawagoe IC on the Isewangan Expressway, and just over 5 minutes on foot from Kintetsu Kawagoe-Tomisuhara Station.

Another set menu that is easy to order is the ``Yakiniku Toku A Mori'' (5,200 yen for 2 people, excluding tax), which comes with loin, short ribs, offal, liver, senmai, and rice.

The ``Yaki-shabu course'' (5,000 yen/tax excluded for 2 people) is available, which includes beef loin, beef thigh, pork loin, chicken breast, and rice.

There's plenty of everything, but if you need a little more, you can of course add a la carte items.

The cut meat is delivered immediately from the factory to the store, so you can always enjoy fresh and reasonably priced meat.

Carcass is meat with bones still attached. Grades such as yield and meat quality are determined based on this carcass.

Meat color, degree of marbling, fineness of texture, gloss of fat, etc. are carefully checked.

The carcass is usually stored in a cool place for a period of time. This is said to improve the taste of the meat.

The cut meat is blanched and quickly packaged using a vacuum packing machine.

This prevents oxidation and spoilage and maintains freshness and flavor.

Tomis Meat's meat is not only used in its own stores, but also sold to other restaurants and restaurants, and is widely used as school lunch ingredients at elementary schools, kindergartens, and nursery schools in the local KawagoeTown and AsahiTown towns.

Tomis Meat's origins were as a butcher shop founded in 1971. Approximately 50 years later, we only handle domestic beef, and by purchasing whole cows and cutting them at our own cutting factory, we have achieved high quality meat and low prices.
