The time is Reiwa.
Today, here in Mie Prefecture, the leaders of each area were engaged in a heated battle...
The ``Mie Summit'' is a short movie in which the five areas that make up Mie Prefecture are assumed to be one country, and the leaders of the five areas meet together to show off their ``premium'' by boasting about their countries.
The second time is the Chunan group!
We will introduce the spots introduced in the video in detail ♪
In the first episode, Hamaguchi, the leader of the Chunan group, shows off the overwhelming charm of Ise-Shima.
The starting point for the counterattack was Mie Prefecture's first architectural national treasure, SENJUJIHeadTempleoftheShinshuTakadaSchool.

Osugidani Valley is one of Japan's three major valleys and has been selected as one of Japan's top 100 unexplored regions.
And one of Japan's three major wagyu beef [Matsusaka beef]
Including Sakakibara Onsen, which I introduced last time, the Chunan region is home to three of Japan's three major hot springs!
The three leaders were all smiles, as if it had been completely decided.

This local gourmet dish originally started as a school lunch at elementary school.
It won the gold medal at the 2019 B-1 Grand Prix!
Next is GojobanYashiki, a quaint samurai residence where the Kishu feudal retainers lived during the Edo period.
It is surprising that the descendants of the feudal samurai still live there today, preserving its former appearance.
As you walk through the streets, you'll feel like you've traveled back in time to the Edo period!

After walking through the streets of the quaint samurai residences, be sure to head to the Matsusaka Castle Ruins.
Did you notice? Only here is the notation [Matsuzaka].
When the town system was established in 1889, the place name was changed from Matsusaka to Matsusaka, but the name of the castle still uses [Matsuzaka] to match the name of the historic site!
