Hard water is rare in Japan

This [Meguru] is a hard natural water that is rare in Japan.

This Megururu water is collected from kahadavalley, a gorge in the Iinan and Iitaka districts of MatsusakaCity, Mie Prefecture, which is famous for its Matsusaka beef.

kahadavalley is currently deep in the mountains about 60km away from the sea. It is a famous spot for autumn leaves, but because it used to be under the sea, the geological formations contain rich minerals (calcium and magnesium).
Therefore, the rain and snow that falls in the Daiko Mountains (Mt. Odaigahara to Mt. Takami) penetrates deep into the earth, and during its long journey through these strata, it contains a well-balanced mineral content. Delicious and easy-to-drink hard water gushes out.

The best luxury goods created by nature

The reason why Megururu water is so mellow and easy to drink even though it is hard water is that, as mentioned above, it comes out over many years from the geological formations that were on the ocean floor in ancient times. It seems that the ratio is low in content and high in calcium.

Hard water overseas is often very high, with calcium: 46.8 mg, magnesium: 7.45 mg, and hardness of 1400 mg/L, so we Japanese people who are accustomed to soft water are not familiar with it, and many people find it difficult to drink. I think.

On that point, this [Meguru] contains 7mg of calcium and 0.6mg of magnesium per 100ml. The hardness of this water is 200mg/ℓ, which is relatively low among hard waters, making it suitable for Japanese tastes.

It is a blessing of nature that Japan's nature has created for the Japanese people.

Product name with two meanings

It seems that the product name "Meguru" has two meanings.

One is that water "circulates" around the body.
The other is that water flows through geological formations and becomes spring water, ``circulating as a ruru.''
Ruru refers to a long, thin line that continues without interruption.

A cute package inspired by the rich nature of kahadavalley.

In gratitude for the nature of kahadavalley that produces this delicious water, the packaging features motifs of the wild animals that inhabit kahadavalley and the colors of the mountains throughout the four seasons.

The color and touch of the package convey the image of gentle water.

For new daily habits. Enjoy a refreshing day with one [Mururu] a day

It is generally said that hard water has various benefits.

For example, it relieves constipation. Hard water is rich in magnesium. Magnesium is sometimes used in laxatives, so it can be expected to have an effect on the digestive system and improve bowel movements.

Calcium and magnesium are also said to make the blood thinner, and are said to have the effect of preventing arteriosclerosis.

Furthermore, it is suitable for Western-style stewed dishes because it has the ability to eliminate the smell of meat and make it easier to remove scum when simmered.

*The above benefits are generally said about hard water as a whole, and do not indicate the effectiveness of Megururu.

I asked a friend of mine who doesn't like hard water to try it.

I myself am not very good at hard water and have the impression that it is somehow difficult to drink, but is this [Megururu] hard water? It was as mellow and easy to drink as I expected, and didn't leave any unpleasant aftertaste.
However, I thought it was just my taste, so I asked a friend who doesn't like hard water to try it as well.

Then,
"Huh? Is this really hard water? It's really easy to drink.
I hear that hard water is good for the body, and this water is so easy to drink that I want to drink it every day!
If I ever find it again, I'll definitely buy it. ”
I received a lot of rave reviews.
