Ise Mitasu-no-yu located in Funae IseCity, is a popular super public bath with 11 different types of baths and a sauna. Not only that, you can enjoy meals and cafes, have a relaxing time with beauty salons and massages, relax freely in the tatami room, and other fun things, so it's a wasteful spot to just take a bath and go home! I will report every detail Mitasu-no-yu!

Ise Funae Onsen Mitasu-no-yu is a super public bath that opened in Funae, IseCity in 2009.
It's a large one-story building with a tiled roof, and the dignified pure Japanese style makes it look like an inn!

The huge ``YU'' sign is the landmark, and the shopping center ``Mitasu Ise'' is right next door.
In the first place, the name `` Mitasu-no-yu'' comes from the initials of ``MidTown Square'' (MidTown Square), with the desire to prosper the center of the town in the middle of Ise. MTS = ``Mitasu''. yes!
I see, as the name suggests, this area is full of life♪

It also has the meaning of ``Mitasu,'' which means ``many things to be fulfilled and many things to live long,'' and the curtain at the entrance to the bath had a Mantaju mark on it!

Let's go inside the building! When you first enter the entrance, you will be greeted by a warm wooden space.
There's also a slope, so it's easy for small children and the elderly to use!
Take off your shoes here and put them in the locked shoe locker.

Hand the bathing ticket you purchased from the ticket vending machine to the front desk and head straight to the bath♪

Then I was surprised! There is such a long hallway to go to the bathroom!
The long 27m long hallway, which is a feature of Mitasu-no-yu, was created with the image of transitioning from the everyday to the extraordinary as you walk to the bathroom.
There are many paintings decorated in the hallway so that you can enjoy the path to the bath♪

Here is the bath you have been waiting for! There are 11 types of baths, including indoor baths and open-air baths.

The most popular is this “carbonated spring”! This is the largest indoor bathtub. You can soak in the lukewarm water of 38-40 degrees for a long time.
The highly concentrated carbonated spring is so concentrated that when you soak in it, small bubbles of carbonic acid stick to your body.It is said to be good for heart disease, high blood pressure, sensitivity to cold, etc. even in other countries. At Mitasu-no-yu, you can measure the concentration of carbonic acid every day. We maintain quality.

The next most popular hot spring is Kinunoyu, which has a pure white color. It looks very white, but no bath salts are used, and the tiny bubbles created by vibrating the hot water using ultrasonic waves are what give it a whitish appearance!
The fine bubbles absorb and lift dirt from your pores, leaving your skin smooth and smooth after the bath.Your body will also be warm from the core.

There are also jet baths and electric baths in the room, so you can soak in various bathtubs and compare them!

This is also a popular "high temperature sauna". The sauna room is shaped like a pedestal and is spacious, allowing you to distance yourself from other guests and immerse yourself in your own world!
The far infrared rays open up your pores and make your sweat flow, which is a great feeling! The higher you go, the higher the temperature will feel, so if you are an expert, be sure to try the top floor!

For those who don't like saunas that are too hot, we recommend the "Kamaburo"!
It's like a lukewarm sauna made by stacking rock salt and heating it with far infrared rays.
The temperature is between 45 and 60 degrees, so it's easy for sauna beginners to enter!

*Currently, in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the use of the hot pot bath is currently suspended for both men and women.

There is a ``Rock Bath'' where you can enjoy the force of the flowing hot water, made by piling up ``Iyo Blue Stone'' which is used in many famous gardens, and a ``Stone Bath'' for small groups carved out of a huge monolith. There is also an open-air bath!
At night, you can relax and soak in the hot water while enjoying the fantastically illuminated space.

In addition, events are held regularly where the hot water in the rock bath changes so that you can enjoy the scent and efficacy of hot water that is different from usual!
Twice a month, the women's bath turns into a special hot spring, with Wednesdays as "replacement hot water" days and Thursdays as "ladies day"!
*The contents vary from month to month, such as medicinal herb hot water, lemon hot water, green onion hot water, and ginger hot water.
You can check the details of these events on the event calendar posted inside the facility or on the official website!

This is the washing area. ``We conduct regular patrols and put a special emphasis on cleaning!'' says a staff member Mitasu-no-yu.
It's certainly well-cleaned and very clean.

Of course, you can use shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hair dryer for free.

*Other amenities, underwear and socks are also sold separately, so you can take a bath even if you don't have any bath preparations!

The recommended amenity is the special face towel (150 yen each, tax included) with Mitasu-no-yu mark embroidered on it!
The two on the right are standard colors, but the light blue one on the left is the one that attracts attention.
This color is limited to 2021, and it seems that Mitasu-no-yu sells it in a different color every year!

Also, if you go to take a morning bath (6:00-9:00) on "Sakubi Bath Day (1st of every month)" with the "Sakubi Fuda" that you receive when you go to Mitasu-no-yu, you will receive a special face towel. You can get it for free!
You'll want to collect some of them♪

After fully enjoying the bath, take a relaxing break♪
Nekorobidokoro Nanten-ma, a rest area with a view of the courtyard from the window, is a spacious 15-tatami space where you can stretch your legs, sit, lie down, and relax as you please.

There are also 4 massage chairs and foot massage machines. It's also nice to relax your body after taking a bath.
