Cherry blossoms on the Miyagawa River - I walked around Ise Kawasaki Town with "FM Mie announcer" Erika Miyahara!
掲載日:2021.04.14
Hello, I'm Yuto Nakase, a photographer.
This time, I walked around Miyagawa Tsutsumi in IseCity to Ise Kawasaki Town with Erika Miyahara, an announcer for FM Mie, and I would like to introduce the spots and photography techniques.
Since this is Mr. Miyahara's debut with a camera, he toured Ise while explaining actual shooting techniques.
This is an extension of taking photos of memories from travels and walks, so even beginner photographers can enjoy the content.
"Create a refreshing atmosphere with cherry blossoms and blue skies"
The combination of cherry blossoms and blue sky is refreshing, and it feels like spring.
To take a photo of a blue sky, take a photo with the sun at your back to make the colors appear more clearly.
This is called "taking pictures in front light."
Basic camera settings
3. Adjust the aperture (F number) to change the amount of blur
When using a camera for beginners, it is best to use "A mode".
In A mode, you can adjust the blur and take pictures.
Bokeh can be changed by adjusting the aperture (F value).
For example, if you shoot at F13, there will be almost no bokeh, but if you shoot at F4, the background will be very blurred.
It's a bit confusing to remember all the details at first, so it's a good idea to start by adjusting the F value and enjoy the fun of creating a blur.
"Don't miss your feet in spring"
The cherry blossoms are so beautiful that we tend to look up at the sky, but there are also cute scenes of dandelions blooming at our feet.
Actually, this photo was taken by Mr. Miyahara.
I actually had the photographer take a picture of a dandelion while adjusting the blur in A mode.
When taking pictures of nearby subjects, reducing the F value (aperture) will often result in blurred images.
The dandelions blooming in the shade of the trees are indescribably cute.
The composition seems to have a good sense of balance and is well put together!
By the way, the composition is called the ``composition of thirds,'' and it's useful to remember it as one of the basic compositions when taking photos.
Shooting technique
2. Be aware of the thirds composition
3. By putting the shadow in the front and the sunlight in the back, the light looks beautiful.
``The spectacular row of cherry blossom trees continues''
When I took this photo, the cherry blossoms had already begun to fall, but if you go there when they are in full bloom, you will see a row of cherry blossom trees that continues along the Miyagawa River like this.
There is a well-maintained parking lot as well as a promenade, making it easy to access.
It is attractive that it is comfortable.
Everyone, please come and visit us during the cherry blossom season.

"Take a walk in a stylish area"
Ise Kawasaki Town has a unique atmosphere.
It's retro, but there's a certain urban sophistication to it.
There are also some so-called ``buildings that stand out'' like this photo.
“Just having people in the room makes for great memorable photos.”
It's an unusual place, but just the presence of people makes for great memorable photos.
The point is that the color of the road and the color of the clothes are the same.
If you're taking photos in a casual setting, you can make the photos more interesting by creating some sort of relationship like this.
Shooting technique
1. Find the same elements in the surrounding environment when photographing people
For example, the color of clothes
"Walking down the path is fun."
If you take a photo of an ordinary path with your camera, it will instantly turn into a memorable place.
It would be nice to take pictures together!
However, since these areas are also residential areas, please refrain from talking loudly or peeking into people's houses to take pictures of things inside.
Shooting technique
2. Opening the F value (lower the number) to blur the foreground gives a sense of depth.
Ise Kawasaki Town can be reached in about 15 minutes by walking northeast from IseCity Station.
The townscape of Kawasaki Town, especially around the Kawasaki Merchant Hall, is a combination of retro and fashion, creating a unique atmosphere that is very attractive.
