High-quality flour "Ayahikari" from Mie Prefecture, "special eggs" delivered from different production areas for each store, "Hyakkamitsu" additive-free honey from Yokkaichi, and "natural raw sugar" from Kagoshima Prefecture.
These ingredients are baked in the ``Nanban Kama'', which is where we came from in search of delicious castella.
