We value the four seasons and use the knowledge of fish we have learned from our sushi career to create dishes using seasonal ingredients. We offer salt-based and soy sauce-based soups that allow you to enjoy the deep flavor of dried sardines.
The grilled mackerel sushi (250 yen for 2 slices, tax included) that goes with the ramen is also delicious.

Meihan Seki Drive-in Restaurant Sekitei (KameyamaCity) "Kameyama Ramen"

Kameyama Ramen (900 yen excluding tax) is Mie Prefecture's first local ramen that won the Local Ramen Grand Prix 2013.
Kameyama Ramen is a new local ramen with three specialties named after Mie Prefecture. The ingredients are three types of mushrooms that are actively produced in Mie Prefecture: ``oyster mushrooms,'' ``hanabiratake,'' and ``hatake shimeji.'' The noodles are medium-thick noodles made from Nishino Kaori flour from Mie Prefecture. The soup is a blend of beef bone soup and several types of miso. We use the same miso we use in our KameyamaMisoYakiUdon.

Kura de Ramen (IseCity) “Ise Miso Miso Pickled Aburi Char Siu Noodles”

A miso ramen specialty store run by Kojiya Co., Ltd. (IseCity), which was founded in 1816 in the 13th year of Edo Bunka.
You can choose from three types of miso: Ise miso (red miso), which is brewed in-house, Shinshu miso, and Hokkaido miso.
The most popular is the Ise miso series, which uses Kojiya's proud red miso, which is made using a traditional method that has been used for over 200 years. It is made using only miso balls with koji mold and salt, and is said to be the origin of miso making. It has a rich, deep flavor with a slight astringency and bitterness from the soybean miso.
You can enjoy it in a restaurant that has been renovated from a real miso brewery.
