TsuCity The temple is home to the only five-story wooden pagoda in Tsu Kannon Prefecture, one of the three Kannon temples in Japan, which is the pride of the prefecture. Visitors can ring the temple bell at midnight on New Year's Day to pray for good luck. The shrine is a power spot enshrining the god of marriage. yagami shrine attracts female worshippers from all over the country in search of a good marriage. There is a small mallet of Daikoku-sama, "Koi Kozuchi," which is believed to bring good luck and make wishes come true when stroked. The temple grounds are also decorated with seasonal flowers throughout the year. IseJingu The shrine is so popular throughout Japan that people say, "Once in a lifetime, visit Ise. IseJingu From December 31 to January 4, you can visit the shrine all day long, including at night. TEL 0596-24-1111 (IseJingu) Hours: 5:00-18:00 (varies according to the season) Access: Naiku: Approximately 6 minutes by car from Kintetsu Isuzugawa Station Geku: Approximately 10 minutes on foot from JR/Kintetsu IseCity Station Seobuji Temple, a sacred mountain for maritime protection with a legend of Kannon riding a whale, is believed by fishermen. On February 27 (January 18 of the lunar calendar), a boat festival is held, and big fishing flags dedicated from all over the country are flown in a variety of colors. The oldest shrine in Japan, registered as a World Heritage site. Hananoiwaya-jinjaShrine The shrine is a nature worship site without a temple, with a 45-meter-high megalith as its sacred body. TsubakiGrandShrine This is the main shrine of Sarutahiko Grand Deity, which attracts many worshippers from far and wide to seek for blessings. The "Kanae Waterfall" in the precincts of the shrine is said to be a power spot where wishes come true. Yuki Shrine Yuki Shrine is a historic shrine dedicated to Munehiro Yuki, who served Emperor Godaigo and contributed to the establishment of the "Kenmu Chukyo". It is also famous for its ume plum blossoms! The temple is also known as the temple of child-rearing and match-making. On New Year's Eve, the temple bell rings and the temple is crowded with worshippers. On February 11, a doll memorial service is held.  Omura Shrine of the God of Earthquakes, where cute catfish are lined up on the balustrade, is dedicated to "Yoseki," a stone that is said to prevent earthquakes, and attracts many worshippers from all over Japan as a guardian god of earthquakes. Kotaijingu Betsugu Kotaijingu Betsugu Takiharanomiya The approach surrounded by cedar trees over several hundred years old and the wash place using the flow of valley water create an attractive and fantastic atmosphere. The dignified atmosphere is even divine. Also known as "Ko-an-no-miya" (Shrine of Childbirth), it is famous as a god of safe childbirth.
