FutamiuraBeach Futamiura
A delta area of the Isuzu River that flows into Ise Bay. Meotoiwa(rocksofthemarriedcouple) is famous.
The west coast area of the Isuzu River estuary has been known as Futami Shichigo since ancient times, and has been receiving salt from the shrine as a tribute.
FutamiuraBeach is located at the eastern end of the sandy beach that continues from the mouth of the Isuzu River and the Seta River, with Mt. Otonashi in the background, Chita and the Atsumi Peninsula across Ise Bay in the front, Kamishima and Toshijima on the right, and the Suzuka mountain range on the left. I wish.
Since the Heian period, it has been known as kachiji in Ise, has been written about in many poems, and has been visited by shrine visitors.
It is also famous as a beach.
