A temple of the Daigo sect of Shingon Buddhism located towards the sea from the city center of TsuCity.
The two large Goyomatsu trees, male and female, in front of the main hall are said to be 270 years old and are rare and ancient trees.
The ``Jizo Bodhisattva statue painted on silk'' in the collection has been designated as an important national cultural property.
The condition of preservation is extremely good, and the colors are so bright that you would not think it was painted in the Kamakura period.
