Manto Mitama Festival lanterns lit
[Due to the approach of Typhoon No. 7, the lights will only be lit for two days, August 13th and 14th]
(Lighting of the lanterns may be canceled if a weather warning worse than a storm warning is issued and it is judged that there is a danger to worshipers.)
A shrine located near the west exit of JR/Kintetsu Tsu Station.
It enshrines over 63,000 war dead related to Mie Prefecture from the Kinmon Incident and the Boshin War to World War II.
The ``sword inscription (front) Noshu Gokatsuyama Jujiwara Nagasada (back) Manen 1st year Koshin August auspicious day...'' in the collection is designated as a tangible cultural property of the prefecture.
