In August 2018, a new “maritime taxi” will be introduced to access ShimaMediterraneanVillage! It's a 10-minute boat trip from the pier, which is a 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Kashijima Station. From the boat, you can see the natural beauty of the blue sea and the ria coastline, and you can directly feel the sea breeze and the sparkle of the waves. Would you like to experience Ago Bay in a completely different way than when you see it from land? Reservations required, 1,000 yen one-way (500 yen for ages 12 and under), and this service is provided by Umi Walk Entrada Kashijima.
