A local pizza shop with a kitchen truck equipped with a wood-fired oven
This restaurant is proud of its local pizza baked in a wood-fired oven by the owner-chef who studied Italian cuisine in Tokyo and Italy. The store in OdaiTown, Odaimachi is open every Thursday from 12:00 to 18:00.
On weekends and public holidays, we use our kitchen truck to appear at events around the country.
Our catering service also offers Italian course meals made with plenty of local seasonal ingredients.
