A place of relaxation that charms you with a variety of expressions throughout the four seasons.

Ueno Park retains a rich historical atmosphere. Inside the park, there are many famous and historic sites such as Ueno Castle, the Haiku Shrine, and the Ninja House, as well as the seasonal scenery.
It is a bustling center of Iga-Ueno tourism and a place for residents to relax. It is also famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms that bloom in April.

The current Ueno Castle was created by TakatoraTodo in 1611 when Todo Takatora expanded the castle grounds of Tsutsui Sadatsugu, and the castle tower was rebuilt as a three-story wooden structure in 1930. It is a beautiful castle also known as ``Hakuho Castle.'' The stone wall of the inner moat was built by TakatoraTodo and is approximately 30 meters high and is said to be the tallest in Japan. It was also used as a filming location for Akira Kurosawa's film ``Kagemusha.''
