Yakushiji Yakushiji

It was built at the end of the Heian period as the guardian deity of Isshi Gunji.
The Yakushi Nyorai statue is unveiled once every 12 years.
The entire structure is covered with lacquer foil, and the left and right sides are almost relative to each other, giving it an elegant Fujiwara style.
