Cafe.muku's signature dish is the traditional chewy and moist pancakes, and you can choose from 12 different types.
As butter types, maple butter, Ogura butter, and caramel butter.

Soufflé pancakes can be ordered for a limited time of 2 hours from 2pm to 4pm after lunch hours. This is a new menu item that was developed during the coronavirus pandemic.

cafe.muku's blended coffee is a blend of beans from Costa Rica, Brazil, and Ethiopia, and is offered in medium to medium-dark roasts.
The deep blend is a dark roasted blend from Indonesia, Brazil, and Guatemala.
The blend is subject to change from time to time.
There are three types of single origin: ``Costa Rica'' with a refreshing acidity and sweetness, ``Brazil'' with a nutty flavor and gentle citrus acidity, and ``Ethiopia'' with a sweet and gorgeous aroma of grapes and blueberries. You can choose from.

"cafe.muku" opened in 2013 and is now in its 11th year. The cafe opened in a splendid 35-year-old Japanese house that was vacant at the time and served pancakes and coffee, something that was not available in the area.
The previous job of the shop owner and his wife was as clerks at a bookstore. He said he never thought he would run a cafe, but now it has become an indispensable healing place for the community.
